We used to say that about our offense…but sometimes it’s not always inevitable and stuff just doesn’t come together…here’s to hoping it doesn’t for them.

Man, hate to say I called it but 27 WAS the magic number lol :)

Whoo, I'm always the first to admit when I'm wrong, I predicted a loss today(but I was right about making Fields look like an all-pro). Good game, need to stop letting teams back into a game when we are dominating. I kept see the Viking game from 2 years ago, but alas, we didn't blow this one.

The word I would use is "exhausted"

I knew we had this game from the beginning at the beginning if you read my earlier posts. I wasn't confident about it cause of our history with the Steelers.

I'm concerned about AR health even after this win.

Someone said AR out for the season. I don't believe it. Is that true??

Because they don’t know how hard it is to win in this league.   They complain when we win.  Fire Gus, fire the kicker who won the game.   They are always looking for someone to go after even when we win.  Victories are hard.  Even with a 39 year old backup quarterback.  I prefer to enjoy the wins and not whine over something we have no control over.

if they had a birthday when the colts play, they aren't a true friend

They're Browns fans but they have the package to watch any game, so I watched our game and the Browns game just started.

That's right. The Colts are only a shadow of what they could be. The team as a whole needs a lot of growth, but I'm afraid that Gus Bradley is instilling doubt and uncertainty in this defensive scheme. We have better player than that.

Exactly, only control what you can and be happy for things that fall in your favor.

We missing on a lot of our defense today and still won.

We lost 2 games with a starting roster with Gus.

Does it really matter what any of our opinions mean? No it doesn't, it's only the opinion of Jim Irsay. Proud to win this game today and if you are a colts fan you should be celebrating also.

I'm only concerned about AR injury at this point.

Let this sink in. They were up 17-0 on the Steelers. That an epic choke job. I never had confidence that they could close it out. When they got that field goal at the end of the 1st and  I really started to worry. Steichen needs to get his head out of play sheet and focus on what is happening in the game.

Let this sink in.    They did close out out.

Are you a real colts fan or just trolling this fanbase? You should be happy over this win!

I mean we lost our starting QB and eas missing big key defense players and still beat a undefeated team that we have had bad history of beating. What more did you want??

Gus Bradley has developed a "Bend Then Break" defensive scheme. As they used to say on TV, "Gus, you are the weakest link".

Agree 100 percent.

And gay misses field goals. What is your point?

He blows too both the defense and Gay are gonna be the undoing of this team.

I think his defense can be renamed the "bend but it will eventually give in" defense. Does anyone have any faith that this defense will survive against the better offences? Don't drink the kopl aid. This is a very below average D. I was holding my breath thinking Fields was going to engineer a comeback. Justin freaking Fields and I said it before the game. He is a bad qb yet he looked like a legit starter at times.

Hmmm. Happy? Nothing has changed for me. It is just fluff wins. This team has no chance of winning a superbowl under the current FO, defensive talent, defensive coaching and defensive  scheme.  The offence does look good but  Richardson needs to stay healthy and I am getting concerned about his ability to remain healthy. This D played a brutal offense in the Packers, Bears, and Steelers. Now the coaches come out and say they are playing better. U watch the next competent offense they play. They are going to go up and down the field on this pass defense. I don't see the Jags going 0 and 5 and I think Lawrence carves them up.

I could barely watch at the end, I thought our D would blow it after a great performance in the 1st half. After we held them on 4th down and there were no flags down - this was me = Happy If You Say So GIF

Agree 100%. Well, it happens enough times in the league that you have to be prepared for it.

Tannehill vs Mahomes - 2019 AFCCG plus Jimmy G vs Mahomes - 2019 SB, both had 10 point leads with Ds of the highest level. The Chiefs still won. 2022 SB - Eagles had 24-14 lead vs Chiefs and Mahomes, Chiefs still won. 2023 SB - 49ers had 10-0 lead, Chiefs and Mahomes still won. Yesterday, the Chargers went up 10-0 vs Mahomes and the Chiefs, the Chiefs won. How many times have we seen Peyton or Brady or Brees come back from 0-10 or 0-17?

I'd rather not choke the lead and lose like them, WE WON. The Steelers playoff game with Big Ben, the Steelers got off to 14-0 lead vs Peyton and the Colts, we came back but they held on to the lead and won in 2005 playoffs. They held on in 2005 playoffs, now it was our turn yesterday.

This is the NFL, you are not going to keep ANY team from making a comeback, regardless of what you think of their QB or team, that is just the way it is, with players making plays.
