If being in the neutral zone causes an offensive linemen to false start it’s a penalty. 
 

Technically, pointing at a guy in the neutral zone is a false start.

I agree over the course of the game or season. But, Minshew played nearly perfect that drive. Downs dropped one on 3rd down which caused the field goal. 
 

Our defense isn’t very good, especially at the beginning of games. Eberflus is carrying the slow start attitude with him from the Reich era.

 

Need a big drive here!
