...Tutsie was undrafted out of North Dakota State this year and he tried out for the Colts during their rookie and mandatory minicamps.

 

Tutsie started 56 of the 68 games he played in college. He recorded 338 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, a half-sack, 22 passes defensed, 11 interceptions, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one blocked kick in those appearances....

He may be better than Scott would have been. Those numbers are impressive. I doubt he plays much but Scott wasn't going too either but 338 Tackles is eye opening.

His height and weight and 40 drag him down at all three spots but as a SS he rates at a 5.88

Making that many tackles probably reflects superior play recognition, anticipation, and body control.  More important than being able to run and jump elite-ly.  Provided that he has a basic level of speed and size needed for the NFL.

This kid is full of heart and that you cannot teach, he is instinctive and finds the ball quickly. He is short for the position but it will be interesting if he makes the 53

I remember a guy on the colts who everyone said was too short and was a tackling machine. What was name????? Bob……..something???     No but being for real odds are that he wont be an all time great like bob was when healthy but he could def be a good player for us and an important hidden gem for us.

But Tutsie Roll technically has a better total RAS (even though a lil different 10 years ago) ......
