Ballard was "I don't know"...

The rest... low/no

Ballard low/no to little confident

Coaches no confidence at all (I mean discussed coaches) I like WR LB ST even Gus is not doing bad except his love for Facyson.

Irsay well confident to I dont know but mostly confident he will do best for his team.

Organization no clue. Looks like they are tanking but are they no clue because season aint over yet and we have gotten hot in the past with same coaches as I said no clue tank or ??

I'm OK with all D coaches. Took time to increase Rodger's snaps, but good now. Now wish they would decrease Moore's...

Good with WR coach on O. Strausser and Frank need to go. The rest very meh.

I just don't know about Ballard. Not sure what decisions were his, vs Reich or Irsay...

Used to like Irsay. Didn't like hearing him tossing a player under a bus in public. It's an unwritten law. I don't care if the player is good or bad, but keep that stuff internal. And the Snyder comments... no need for that either. The process will take of it.

Low/No confidence to everyone. I was tempted to put "I don't know" to Irsay, but he's becoming a meddling owner as well, and I don't trust him after the Wentz debacle. Ballard, Reich, and Strausser all need to go, and with Sam as the only current hope, I have little to no confidence in this organization at least until we know if Reich and Ballard is getting fired, what draft pick position we have, and what we do in FA and the draft.

I voted low/no confidence for all coaches and irsay, but I do have confidence in Ballard, the overall direction of the franchise I voted I don't know...

All I know is this team has quit giving max effort to an incompetent coaching staff, I really do miss Eberflus, Sirianni.. I think they meant more to us than we thought.

Just overall, very, very disappointed with ownership, the buck stops with Irsay, the culture he has built in the Building is lacking passion and clear vision/Direction, mixed with very little accountability. It's a recipe for dysfunction.

The colts have been lost without luck/manning, this team just doesn't know how to win without a Top 5 quarterback, time will tell with ehlinger, but I'm not to hyped on him, although I will say, if anyone can light a fire under his teammates, its Ehlinger, so hopefully we get that going for us.

We shall see.

Ballard BUILT this team!!! Frank is a PRODUCT of Ballard who only was hired after the fiasco to hire the lowly Josh McDaniels. Remember the circumstances? Announce a guy, HIRE his staff and WHAT?!!! You hadn't even SIGNED him yet? (allowing the fraud to LEAVE you at the alter with no compensation) Wow!!! EVERY contract in life needs to be SIGNED or you have NO contract and I would ASSUME that would be BASIC gm 101 but I guess Ballard got a pass as a first timer with his tough "You in or out? Rivalry back on!!!" talk. Lol

So let me get this straight also... Ballard as a "TOP" gm (based on?) has just sat back and allowed the subpar (not 1st choice) hc in Frank Reich who is the offenSIVE (stinks) playcaller / motivator (not really) of the team and who also as hc has the responsibility of player development (minimal) to CONTINUE to LEAD this team to non SB contention on a yearly basis. Huh? No they are two peas in a bad pod that SHARE some of the same philosophies as first timers. Could one be their view about the qb position as plug and play since they want a run first identity as stated by BOTH men on several different occasions? That's 80's football not today's game.

6 yrs into this SLOW rebuild Ballard is UNDER .500, has not achieved a SINGLE division title in a very WEAK south, has a MESS with an overpaid o-line that ranks near the BOTTOM of the league, has no LONG term answer at LT,  has played musical chairs with the SINGLE most important position on the team by filling the qb spot with aged or JAG types and is NO closer to being a SB contender than when he TOOK the job! We also have some of the HIGHEST paid at their positions LEAGUE wise and most are non premium.

Wanting BALLARD to reboot this flawed NON CONTENDING (again) team that HE created after SIX years is mind boggling to me but I guess if you give him ANOTHER six years maybe D Henry or hc Mike V of the Titans would have moved on giving us a shot at the division.  Nevermind by then the Jags or the Texans would've passed us too...

Irsay needs to stop meddling.
Team overall, blow it up and start over.

so you want Irsay to stop meddling and you want it all blown up which is him meddling?

Irsay is meddling because he’s unhappy with how things are going. Either stop meddling and let the people you hired do their job (too late IMO) or fire them, find a new FO and let them do their job.

I’m not a fan of meddling but there comes a time to do so. I don’t have any qualms with it. This is the first year he’s really done it since I’ve been a fan in the last 20 years. One year doesn’t make it a habit.

Confident that the people that would show up for this dog & pony show are showing up.

I feel some confidence that wink wink Irsay has approved us not winning much the rest of the way. Drafting top 5 would be Awesome.

Hard choices have to be made sometimes. Irsay is too goody 2 shoes for our own good. CB has serious failures drafting pass rushers. Frank, has the chance Now to see if he can get our Captains to earn their paychecks.

They have sucked mentally and physically and no team will be above .500 with so many of our "best" players underperfoming.
It looks like our vets on offense want Frank fired!!!

No he’s generally been pretty good at letting his people do their thing. I just think the whole Wentz-thing and now benching Matt is a bit too much.

This not spending money back when we had the most cap space on FA and saving it for a rainy day has not turned out very well for us. I know some teams over spend on some players, but some teams seem to find away, to get players they want and make the cap space work for them, it's ok to be frugal sometimes, but you got to have got to have better players at skilled positions in this league

I seriously doubt a highly regarded High Profile coach will ever be hired by the colts.

IDK.. McD was a rook, but was high profile guy and in demand.

Wanted to make a splash with the hire IMO.. Then Frank was totally meh...

Ted Marchibroda,  Tony Dungy.

Marchibroda was a good coach and a very nice likeable man....but he wasn't a Top.Tier, high profile coach like ( Knoll, Shula, Madden, Landry etc...) Dungy was a bit high profile but people didn't consider him like a Belichek. But by far our best in quite a while.

Knoll  Madden and Landry coached one team.  Shula left on his own accord to go to Miami.

I'm so torn on the direction of this team, I do really like the talent in the majority of positions but dont think we are going anywhere with Reich.

I think our talent level may be overestimated by Colts fans.

Outside sources has ranked us as 12-ish IIRC - that’s fringe playoff level talent. One move isn’t going to make this team a contender.

I will agree coaching has this team playing worse than their talent level, though.

I would love to see a new HC and scheme with the same personnel.... would be interesting...

Still surprised Moore's snaps haven't been reduced. Or limited to slot.

Afraid to vote? Frank is looking for a third!

Afraid?  No.  I don't make decisions until facts are in.  I'm not one of those types that needs to be right, first.

The situation is fluid.

BTW, why has Braden Smith elevated his PFF back to 72.8 under Strausser?  Good coaching obviously, while Strausser is coaching the other 4 badly...lol.

The personnel change every year.   And young players tend to get better over time.

It's a simple opinion poll.... you offer your opinion all the time...

And lol... Strausser likely has zero to do with Braden improving. Do you think Strausser changed scheme, or gave him technique tips lol.. I don't think he ever played FB.
