I wanted him in the draft, but all the shenanigans at least gave me some understanding something wasn't right off the field, probably would have still been ok with drafting him at time of the draft with a bit of off field concern, now that the pages have turned , I am glad we didn't buy the book.....and please don't get the re-print now.

No NFL team is going to take a chance on him now. Oh, sure. He'll go into some kind of "rehab", and three weeks later he and his agent will be out there saying that he's learned his lesson, turned over a new leaf, seen the error of his ways and that it will never happen again. Except it will.

Sorry, chump. Your football career is over. Hope you learned some useful job skills at Alabama.

For all that wanted the Colts to draft him he is here for the taking.

For those that remember him getting into a face to face heated argument at an Indy hospital with staff that then 'escalated'  further, for which he was asked to leave the Combine early...

No thanks ... again.

He could be innocent.

As far as 49'ers are concerned, it matters not.  Apparently after all of the prior incidents, a standard was set... and broken.

"We have a set of standards in place that the players were involved with in developing," Lynch said. "In this case, it was communicated exceptionally clear and to the point as to what we expected out of him, and unfortunately what transpired yesterday, this isn't a comment on what happened there because that would be mere speculation on our part. It's more of a comment on him not living up to what we had communicated and to the energy and the time that we've invested in him.

"That doesn't mean we don't love him -- we all do, we care for him -- but we feel like it's in the best interest of our organization to move on at this point, and that's a very tough decision."
