The day after all 32 GMs are signed up for. If everyone signs up today, I will start tomorrow to give all the GMs the time to prepare their picks and to have an evening to realize all 32 GMs have signed up.

 

If they can't be available tomorrow, I'd ask them to PM me the picks.

Alright folks, all 32 GMs are in place now. I can start the draft tomorrow as planned at 8 am ET. Each GM has a 3 hour window to operate. Minimum of 8 picks per day, no maximum. Once the minimum is reached in a day, the next GM has 3 hours as long as those 3 hours happen prior to 10 pm ET. I do not expect folks to be up later than that, the draft resumes the next day with the next GM at that point. Hopefully, we have a fast enough pace to keep the GMs occupied.

 

The only exception to start the draft early is if all the 8 teams that pick in the first 8 let me know they can make it today at 8 pm ET.
