I'd like to see them bring Stills in. I think it's a coaching issue. The Bengals have tons of high round draft choices who never seem to do anything. The commentators mentioned this during our game on Thursday.

It shows with how they never win any playoff games. That roster is too deep to be underachieving the way they do.
