Told my buddy I would like to go to a game like this game ONE time.

I love bad-weather games.  Wish I could watch this one.  Better yet, wish I had bit the bullet and driven to Buffalo this weekend.

I can't see the game (I have Vikes/Panthers and Bucs/Lions games).  Are we running 22 personnel?   Jumbo sets?

Are they running between the tackles > 80% of the calls?  Wonde rif they will try a P.A. fake at some point... if it can be seen.  LOL

It’s amazing right now. A real old school game going on. Players look like they’re having fun too.

With Peterman starting, I'm worried the Colts may win this game. I want the Colts to stay where they are in the draft order.

So why pay it any attention ?I'm not getting this mindset , hoping the team losses . Draft picks aren't guaranteed.

if winning a game or two ruins our draft, then ballard will be a miserable failure

Exactly . Who that has ever played a sport competitively goes out to lose no matter what the record?

This game could end as an overtime tie 0-0

When was the last time that actually happened?

Holy @&$)! I can hardly even see the players through all the snow! haha

Fun stuff though.

Makes for quite a visually stunning scene.  Colts looking all vintage in the snow against an old AFC East rival. Cue up the NFL Films soundtrack.

Of course nothing is guaranteed, but with a potential top 5 pick the Colts would have a really good chance to find a day 1 impact player.

Buffalo is 3/5 on 3rd down so far.  Given the circumstances today, what does that say about our defense?

nothing

I dont think it has ever happened...

I'm sure it has happened at some point.  The history of the NFL is too long with too many really bad games in the past.  Maybe not since they started playing OT.

There has never been an overtime game that ended in a scoreless tie...That's what the question was..

Before overtime..many many games ended in ties

Regardless of today's result.  I will not rag on our boys today.  I actually feel sorry for them having to play out there.  lol

I want to win it...It would mean a lot for the effort we keep putting out.I'd like to see Frank Gore score the game's only TD

You're right.  OT was specified.  My bad.

    • Brissett will be better than last year.  Its surprising how everyone forgets he was running for his life every play.  Even Andrew struggled with that pressure... all QBs do.  Brissett will be much better with a year's experience under his belt and an OL that can protect him. other GMs know this and it WILL affect his value.  The way teams spend on unproven QBs, i can see a team or two offering a 2nd or 3rd.  Heck, the Jets gave up 3 to move up only 3 spots to land an unproven QB.  And they really didnt even know WHICH unproven QB they would get.  Some teams get desperate for a starting QB, as we have seen over and over. if we dont get the trade we want, use him until FA in  2 years. i think, under the circumstances (which were stacked against him), Brissett performed better than people give him credit for.
    • If I’m a GM I say one thing.. ‘Good lord no.’   He’s a garbage person.
    • Exactly about the Rockets,  Exactly about LeBron and a game 7 too.  I am not sure the Celtics want that, home or away.  They need to win this game.  I have a bad feeling if the Cavs win tonight easily that they'll win the next 2 after that too.  I guess we'll see.  Be nice to see Boston win tonight! I agree!
    • Well, he was not a 1st rounder, so there is no 5th year option.  We can have him this year, but next year is his last (@ $915,000.00) under contract.  He will want to test FA, and teams wont trade for him unless they fully beleive they can work out a contract.     We'd be lucky to get a 3rd rounder in the following (next) draft for him).  Garopolo was a 2nd rounder, and NE got a second rounder in the next year draft for him, and JG was showcased well and was a desired commodity.  Got paid. I'm not sure JB gets that kind of attention based upon last year.     It would be nice, but I think it is rainbow colored...  see JG example just  above.     I think this as well.  Trade likely won't happen if we demand too much.     I'd like that, but don't think it will happen unless he lights it up this year (which means Luck isn't playing, which would be bad as well).  Time will tell.
