Lol, that’s Yankees fans for you. They’ve won it so many times it’s just another day for them. I’ve always held that when one of my times eventually wins a championship I will cease my b!itching about them for at least the off-season and enjoy the win. I’ve never seen any of my teams win a championship, as I was too young to care about football when the Colts won the Super Bowl. I wonder what it feels like...

Same with me. And I am a lot older, it seems. I'm a Mets fan but I was in high school when they last won. The Vikes have never won. Vikes fans are beginning to sound like how the Cubs fans used to feel. Many say, "Let the Vikings win 1 before I die."

Not really titans are best in afc. Our best shot is the wildcard

We needed the Chiefs to lose today. Also need the Steelers to screw up tomorrow.

Titans are too far away at this point. They're destroying the Rams, and strolling into the top seed in the AFC. So much for the Henry narrative.

My grandmother is a Cubs fan. She was convinced she would die before they ever won the Series. It was great when they won, even though I’m a Reds fan and they’re our rivals. I can’t imagine being a Vikings fan, with how close they came so many times. Although I can say that I’m also a Bengals fan (my dad’s family is from Cincinnati) and it is quite the painful experience, so I can understand it to a certain extent. Some NFL teams just feel cursed, y’know?

As am I.  I actually saw a van with a big Colts helmet on it.  I think it's the second vehicle I have seen with an emblem on it in my 7 years in the area.  Colts fans are a rare breed, me thinks.  I don't know that I have ever seen a Vikes emblem here, though, haha.

Vikings fans must travel well. When I go to other stadiums to see the Vikes, there are many Vikes fans. I saw the Vikes in NJ (against the Giants) and there were a lot of Vikes fans but not as many as in DC and Atlanta. When I saw them in Atlanta, one would have thought we were in Minnesota. It seemed like everyone was wearing purple.

Not everyone thought that, Henry is a big part, but a well coached team and well put together team the Titans will do what they do. Win. I sure wish we would have hired Vrabel over Reich

i think it was more about tannehill not being good without henry .  he hasnt done much without him tonight the defense is shutting down the rams putting up 14 points he only led one full scoring drive .   titans are just loaded on defense with autry being the mvp of the defense

Stafford is looking bad tonight more than anything. People give Wentz so much hate, but Stafford has played even worse. Yet, everybody will give Stafford a free pass. He threw an even worse INT to avoid a safety (the ball would have actually been spotted at the 1).

I wonder if a lot of them were transplants?

Wentz actually needed to take the safety because of the clock. Stafford should of taken the safety there.

Titans getting pressure up the middle on him. Forcing him into mistakes. Credit to Tennessee. They are playing very good ball this season.

Simmons >> Buckner

Buckner should be having games like this given he is paid $21 million a year. Simmons makes the entire DLINE better

It helps when other players on the line can rush the passer. Harold has 9 sacks on the year and other players have contributed to that. The colts not so much.

Honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if Fluss just tells him to clog up the line for runs and nothing more. Obvious sarcasm. Buckner not having any sort of rush on the outsides makes it hard for him to do much.

I'm not from Minnesota. When I was in college, I was bored in my dorm room. A male friend of mine from back home calls, asking what I'm doing. I tell him I'm taking a break from studies but can't find anything on TV but football. He proceeded to explain football to me. I have been hooked since.

That year the hometown Giants won the SB but I did not want to jump on the bandwagon. Lots of my schoolmates were Bills fans. I wanted to choose a team not from NY. I chose the Vikings. I liked the uniforms. I think at the time we were the only team wearing purple.

Buckner has been a disappointment so far. He is only being doubled team a league average so not even a high rate. I think something is just wrong with our pass rush scheme. Whatever they are teaching these guys to do is not working.

    • We have a complete team as in not 1 guy matters as long as the QB is above average to good and doesn't Turn it over. In week 1 we had no run game and still almost won but the cards were stacked against us. I always bash on Tannehill, the reason why is, he has a good team around him and a Hall of Fame RB. He turns the ball over though. 3 INT's vs Cincy with a chance to go to the Championship Game. That is unacceptable.
    • Some of my thoughts:   1) Worst broadcast team ever. Let's just get that out of the way. Why do they have a three team booth when these people have no chemistry? They spent most of the biggest moments talking over each other. That stretch of time from the safety to the end of regulation was tragic. And I bet we get this crew a couple more times this year...   2) Matt Gay with a monster game, out dueling Justin Tucker in real time. Feels good to have the kicker position in great shape, first time since 2018.   3) JuJu Brents looked big, fast, physical, and was all over the field. No doubt he's going to make some mistakes, but this is what I think we can get from a young secondary when they're playing well, and it's why I'm not super concerned with the DBs for this year.    4) Minshew is a really good backup. This is what I've always wanted from a backup QB, the ability to keep the offense on track for a couple weeks at a time, when needed. He isn't spectacular, but he's confident, efficient, tough, and keeps his head on straight.    5) Gus Bradley found the blitz chapter in his playbook. This is a guy who hates to blitz, and he just kept them coming all game long. And he did it because this is the book on Lamar Jackson -- his efficiency against zero/1 coverages with 5 or more rushers is dramatically lower than it is against 2/3 deep with only 4 rushers, and we've known this for more than three years now. Compare this game with what Eberflus did against Lamar in 2020 and 2021. One of my biggest criticisms of Bradley is his rigidity, but he showed some serious adaptability yesterday, and it helped us win that game.   6) I still think the OL is problematic, especially in the run game. We're pretty bad in short yardage, and that's been the case with two QBs and two different RBs. Still need settling at RG, and Braden Smith has been up and down.    7) Zach Moss is productive, but there doesn't seem to be anything special about him. And yet, he's 100 times better than Deon Jackson was in the opener. And I guess Isaiah McKenzie is a scat back?? If JT comes back at 100%, it should be really good for our offense.   8) We got a lot of lucky breaks in this game. I'm not complaining, but I'm also kind of pumping the brakes on some of the 'take the Colts seriously' stuff. Still only scored 22 points with OT, couldn't convert in short yardage, only got into the red zone twice, and Lamar still kind of had his way with us. We have three very winnable games coming up, but the Browns defense looks incredible, so I kind of have that circled as the biggest test coming up.
    • Instead they added 8 seconds onto the clock
    • I must be the only person who saw it this way, but I didn't see a replay of Speed's non-call that showed definitive PI.  You can't see what EJ's doing with his back arm.  You see EJ swiping at the ball with his left hand, and after the ball goes by you see Flowers whip around and flail his arms.  He tried to sell it, but I'm not convinced EJ interfered.  Everyone seems to admit it was a bad non-call, but I'm not even sure it was PI at all...
    • I just figured there would be more growing pains.  I think having a clutch kicker is huge though.
