Eberflus gets a lot of flak, and to some degree rightfully so, but it's well documented that this is the kind of scheme Ballard wants on defense.

Carr gets it out way too fast to play zone.  I mean, mix it up a little at least...there's no attempt to even disguise coverage

Pretty sure Ballard would be fine with changing the scheme if the scheme is clearly sucking

What is bothersome is, we can't stop anyone on 3rd and long. That bothered me last week. Matt Ryan was getting like 3rd 10's/11's several times.

Change the zone or get pressure on the QB, you can't play our soft zone and not have any pressure on the quarterback.

They definitely wanted to bring more man coverage in this season, especially with drafting Rock, but yeah.

Personally, I just don't think our defense is that talented. Especially without Leonard.
