If the incentives are easily reached it will be up to the whole 3.5 mill. As I would think it's probably snaps or games started , it would probably be "safe" to just figure the whole 3.5 mill will hit this year's cap.

Louis costs >$1 million so cutting him isn't necessary. I still want to see Thomas in training camp and see if he's any good.

I'll be surprised if you know anything about the Colts organization, or that we have our entire 2012 draft class coming up with their rookie contracts expiring.
