I believe 60 thought he was coming to the other side and blocked McKinney towards him, expecting to get off the block if AJax went the other way. McKinney certainly deserves some credit for taking on the double team. AJax wrapped around and went right through the hole.

Yeah, that's what happened and it's what we need in real games. Chapman or Kerr getting doubled, which leaves the gap wide open.

I don't think Jackson did anything special on the play, just his job. From what I saw, he's very raw. But we shouldn't expect much more at this time. Hopefully he develops on the PS.

The Indianapolis Colts today signed the following nine players to the practice squad: T-Tyler Hoover, ILB-Andrew Jackson, WR-Ryan Lankford, WR-Josh Lenz, S-Dewey McDonald, DT-Nnamdi Obukwelu, CB-Sheldon Price, TE-Erik Swoope and G-Josh Walker. The team also agreed to sign QB-Jeff Mathews to the practice squad.

Bruh is going to be a beast for us on down the road.  Soon as I saw him suited up I could picture him next to J. Freeman busting heads on game day.  I don't think Dqwell Jackson is going to be with us next year.  We have too much young talent

 

 

 

It would either be an injury or a real "baffoon" job by Grigson if Dqwell jackson is not with the Colts next year. He was paid 4.5 million for this year and has a guaranteed $4.630,000 roster bonus for 2015.

I think Harnish is flat out awful myself.  He should have a video out called "Bounce em like Painter."

 

I do like the Shipley signing.  I would much rather have his mean streak next to Mewhort than an ailing Holmes.

 

I also like Harrison being listed as G/C!! :blueshoe:  :blueshoe:  :blueshoe: !!!

 Cornell QB with good size . Rookie free agent

Was he the guy that Ryan and others were talking about on Hard Knocks, who had a great arm?

Take aways:

Glad Andrew Jackson, Dewey McDonald, Erik Swoope are signed.

Also a little suprised Price made it through waivers but glad he made it also!

Harnish's time with the Colts looks to be over.

You got to kind of let things play out. I think the plan is to replace Colt Anderson with somebody that's better or more experienced than Dewey and Colt. I think that's why they've done what they've done.

We will see! I mean something needs to be done. I'm so glad we signed Adams now.

Obviously we need O-Line help extremely bad!

With safety's being a close 2nd.

Happened right after I wrote it :)  We needed someone else.  Mathews is tall and can really throw the football.  Need to develop someone new.  Harnish was not cutting it.

 

 

Funny thing about Harnish is that he looked good in pre season his rookie year. All down hill after that and probably will have to go to Canada to stay in the game.

Maybe when Havili is back on Harvey....if and only if.  You don't watch games do you?  Harvey was the special teams the entire pre-season...along with Purifoy.
