I think we go 1-15 defeating the Jaguars. We get the #1 pick (Draft Luck Obviously) and we hire new head coach, defensive coordinator, and a new special teams coach.

i think there win2 games , i like mr luck but right am wacting him againt oregon state & there giving him heck 17 to 13 there more just qb that wins games draft big big big & some defense players , now i agree on coaches i dont ryan of the jets & his mouth but player

love playing for he firedup gut just 49ers coach that what we coaches that get in face ,kick butt if they have to ,players today are spoli rich kids that need to be work hard for there money

Why do people think the Panthers is a sure win? They have played well and have lost some close games. Cam Newton will have a field day with our secondary and if he decides to run, we will see a lot of attempted arm tackles as he is hard to get down and we can't tackle.

1-15. Our win will come from Tennessee at home. Jax defense and MJD will be too much for us. Cam Newton is gonna OWN our defense...we can't handle the bootleg against Houston...Imagine what it'll be like with Newton being able to run! Tennessee, unless Chris Johnson wakes up, looks to be our weakest opponent from here on.

Also...watch out for the Baltimore game. They randomly lay eggs. We could steal a win from them. Unlikely, but they're so darn Jekyl and Hyde, it's redonkulous!

Another interesting scenario could be if Peyton does (please don't....) come back for week 17 like another thread suggests...we'll beat Jax. Bahahahaha!

So, I guess our best case scenario is 3-13, ending up with the 2nd pick of the draft behind Miami. Darn, no Luck for us... :nono:

agreed, judging by his name he is an older fan and who knows if maybe he has a speech impediment or maybe English is his 2nd language. As long as he gets his point across that's what matters.

Someone here has to be the mentally deficient optimist. How about 5-11?

With the offensive line getting a little healthier, we can keep it close against Atlanta, and than beat Jacksonville and Carolina. If we can keep it close against so many teams with winning records, why can't we beat two lousy ones? We just need an incremental improvement on defense, some players coming back, and to stop shooting ourselves in the foot. They should also be able to beat Jacksonville and Tennessee later.

Having figured out "how to win", I wouldn't be surprised at all by an upset in one of the other games. Probably Houston - why not? An angry Colts team with nothing to lose at home in prime time against an eratic team that could devolve at any moment. If there is any team in the league that knows how to lose games they shouldn't, it's Houston.

An even better fantasy is that Thomas (and Rucker, and the young LBS) improve enough in pass coverage over the next three weeks to let Freeney/Mathis sack Brady about 11 times, and start forcing some turnovers. Stranger things have happened. The Patriots have looked beatable, and once again it is in prime time. The pass rush isn't nearly as good as NOs, and the stadium isn't remotely as loud. I don't think that the Colts will collapse on national tv again anytime soon. It would be the Colts "super bowl", much like when Houston beat us last year.

Based on your posting history, I get the impression that you don't mean this kindly. I don't appreciate it.

Just because something is unlikely, doesn't mean that it won't happen. In a thread filed with "realists" such as yourself ("Peyton will never play another down, the Colts will be lucky to stumble to one victory") I'm choosing to point out the many ways in which this season could change for the positive. There is a fine line between winning and loosing, and to this point the Colts have been doing everything imaginable to lose games. Anyone who has watched the NFL for more than about - oh, I'd say eight games - should realize that trends like that can change at any moment. The Colts have been underachieving, have had a lot of injuries which are healing, and have a lot of kids who presumably will improve with each game. Everything I said was perfectly rational - the only reach being that it is more likely that Brady will pick the defense apart then get sacked repeatedly. Thus the word "fantasy".

It's almost seems that you prefer the losing. Is there an obnoxious emoticon for that?

We win our divsion and breeze through the playoffs into the superbowl. In the superbowl we defeat New Orleans 62-7. Painter is named MVP and we trade Peyton so Painter can start next year. Caldwell is named coach of the year in a landslide.

Of course you are correct, Today Caldwell gives an impassioned speach to turn our season around........... wait......ahhhhhh mom its time to get up already....... I was just having a great dream.

0-19 we lose the superbowl this year too!

We will go 1-15 and the one win will not be Carolina. Cam will kill us. We will end up getting the second pick in the draft because Miami will go 0-16. The only game they could win on there remaining schedule was Denver and they gave that one away. Better hope Peyton can come back because we will not get Luck.
