Dunk
Would like to point out that both Faulk and Taylor missed games due to injury. Not sure who missed more. That is Faulk's total for 5 full years with Indy. This is the start of Taylor's 5th. Great company for sure.

If we didn't have Taylor right now we would stink to be honest and some in here wanted to trade him for a 4th round pick . Taylor is actually a better RB (pure runner) than Faulk but Faulk was a better overall player because he could catch the ball much better.
lollygagger8
No time better than now to Feed JT!! Take some heat off AR, and let him lean on the run game a little more. Plus give the D a chance to rest.

RollerColt
It's honestly amazing when you think about it. Thanks to Harbaugh, Manning and Luck we've been mostly known as a passing team. But we've got real Hall of Fame talent pedigree in the stables when it comes to running backs. Definitely makes the running back in me smile to see JT move up that list. He had some vintage 2021 jump cuts on Sunday. If you don't get him down after the first contact, good night. He's gone!

He has a total of 100 touchdowns rushing and another 36 touchdowns receiving. Throughout his entire career.

Have you watched Faulk play? He was a highlight reel waiting to happen. Super elusive , maneuvered so well in tight spaces and at his size still had enough pop to lower his head and power through tackles. Mind you this is during an Era where they didn’t protect players like they do now. Those safeties and linebackers were HITTING.

Dickerson 2. Edge 3. JT 4. Lenny Moore (Note, #2,3, &4 could have gone either way imo) 5. Faulk(couldn't play in '95 playoff run , costing us a Super Bowl) 6. Addai 7. Matte 8. Ameche 9. McCauley Though not a original colt and not here for long Dickerson is a All Time Great and was a pleasure to watch. I never seen Lenny Moore and not much highlights so his placement was difficult. I think Lydell Mitchell was better than the last several on this list and he was great pass catcher too, like Faulk.

If Payton had Erik Williams, Larry Allen and Nate Newton blowing up d-linemen for him, he would have set the record impossibly high. And once we add receiving and blocking ability the difference is even more stark. Thanks, grew up watching WP… old man rant *off*

He beat the Giants with HFA on the line in 1993 with 1 arm. As great as the Cowboys were, they started 0-2 without him. When he came back they won 9 straight.

Only thing Faulk had over Dickerson was he could catch the ball better. If I want a workhorse RB, it's Dickerson all day. You could give Dick the ball 30 times and he would still be ok. Dick also played with some of the worse QB's in the league and carried his teams to the playoffs. Faulk had Harbaugh, Manning, and Warner - he was lucky. Dick had freakin Jack Trudeau and we still won the division.

crazycolt1
Addai doesn't get the credit he deserves. He had Mannings back with fantastic blocks and caught a whole lot of 1st downs out of the backfield. Plus what he did during the superbowl year was also overlooked.
