Coach you think the Colts realistically should try to go after if you want them to?

I see a lot of people like him, but I am not loving Frank right now.  They do have a good record but also beat a lot of bad teams this year.  He will be back next year but I think he needs to show more, especially when it comes to calling plays and in game adjustments

I'm not loving his play calling right now, but I'm not giving up on Frank yet either.  He just needs to practice what he preaches.  Run The Damn Ball!

Reich is not going anywhere and one reason he shouldn't is because who is Definitely out there available that's slam dunk better?

Unless you go after Bill O'Brien? And if you do that you'll need to pop the GM cap on his head too.  haha

Yep then watch Nelson and Darius and Buckner getting traded for bag of peanuts.

There's always a chance it could happen especially if the cards don't fall the Colts way Sunday.

Who do you think the Colts realistically should try to go after or even who you want them to?

I know several Texans fans want Eric B from the Chiefs and if available he would be a good option.

What do yall think?

I would get rid of Ballard before I got rid of Reich if I had to make a choice

If the Colts fire Reich....

No prospective coach would want to come here.

If the organization fires a coach that went 28-20 with 2 playoff appearances, dealing with a difficult QB situation, and had vast improvement in all statistical measurements, then the only coach we would be able to attract would be Adam Gase.

That's good perspective and good logic. But I'd put money on it after one more year of Reich this forums gonna be calling for it.

I agree I hope he reevaluates and sees he's a bit responsible for the imbalance of the offense in the second have games where we have the lead and pass way to much...Rivers too if he is still here, Manning game managed well for Denver. Phil needs that same mentallity.

I think the talent we have and Ballard's work as a GM would attract a lot of people. But I dont think there is a lot of available canidates looking at this time either.

The best!!!! We r moving more towards socialism, which sucks. Watch news and man USA also has their own issues lol

I've never been to Canada. But when I was a kid my father sent a highly pedigree Pointer bird dog, called Lemon, to Canada to be professionally trainded to run Field Trials.

So his cousin told him "Pete, Lemon went on vacation twice to Canada and you haven't gone anywhere." haha

I started it cause so many are quick to place blame on Reich and his boring play calling with no idea realistically who would be better.

Its one thing to complain about a coach but unless any of them have suggestions on who would replace him then its basically beating a dead horse.

I realize sometimes people just want to vent but these same people must have thoughts on a replacement if it were to ever come to that.

I don't expect it to but you look at things from both sides from time to time.

I would love someone young who maybe comes from the college ranks. Someone who has a imagination. Does things differently. Who is the bills OC? Ever watch him call a game. It’s so fun and entertaining. The play a couple weeks ago where Allen put the football behind his back for the running back while pretending to throw was great. We become stale. Someone that can bring something different.  I think Nick is just a Reich clone. My biggest issue with Reich is he doesn’t seem to understand the feel of a game. He treated that Steelers game like we were down ten instead of up 17.  He treats his backup tackles like they are as good as his starters.

I'm hoping for Mac Jones.

I believe folks reading this thread thought you were calling for Reich's firing and many then responded with reactions which were puzzling to say the least. It seems you wanted those calling for Reich's firing to share who they want to replace him with. Nothing wrong with that. However, the folks you wanted to hear from are not the ones responding here.

What is it that you want? Do you want to retain Reich or replace him?

As an outsider, I don't see why anyone would want to make a coaching change after an 11-win season. JMO

I would be fine keeping him but like suggested before the playcalling go elsewhere
