Sad day for us Colts fans. We probably will never know exactly why but I assume that Manning didn't want Luck behind him and I don't blame him. All in for Luck!

I still am skeptical, because this is coming from Mort. While Mort is reliable most of the time, this is the same guy who at first said he was gone then said he's got a good shot at staying and is now saying he is gone....

Gone for good. News says Colts and Manning are parting ways. I knew it was coming but it still hurts.

Before we get all frantic. Remember what the talking heads said about the Polians and Caldwell? They all said that they were staying and Caldwell was not going to get fired? Although I have the most respect for Mort. I will wait until tomorrow, to see if it will come out of Manning or Irsay mouth. Although if its true. I won't be surprised. But I will wait and see tomorrow.

As a Charger's fan (as well as a Colt's fan) I can tell you #1 picks don't always work out like you think you will. Peyton is an amazing KNOWN quantity - Andrew Luck is nothing more than potential.
