I would think the Manning release will be through a press conference and not announced on Twitter or the web page. We will get word of that through sources and not from Irsay himself.

Irsay just told the star he's is willing to do the exact same thing Peyton said he is willing to do, sign a better contract based on the uncertainty of Peyton's health.
