Grigson is the GM but really he has given Pagano, very beloved here a raw deal! Wished the GM went,not the coach!

I say Mike Shanahan.  I just hope J Irsay makes this happen.  All or majority of the fans are expressing their concerns about getting a new GM and Coaches.  With all of this being mentioned by Fans, J Irsay should be able to follow up on it.....and get rid of them.

Hue Jackson

 

Did well in his single season in Oakland. But got short shrift from an impatient front office. Has done very well with Cincy as the OC, made Dalton into a pro bowl level QB. 

 

Id be comfortable with him as a HC play caller with a young OC.

If Hue brought in a great defensive coordinator I'd be fine with this.

Saban already said he wasn't interested.  Kelly and Peyton were worse than Pagano this season, and people are considering them as possibilities--wth.  Remember that as long as Grigson stays, we won't get a high quality guy.

Right now I gotta say I'm with NorthernBlue on the Gase or Jackson train. I just think that both of their games are grounded in sound offensive strategy. 

 

Regardless of who comes here, we will be handcuffing them if we keep Grigson.
