Irsay will make Luck one of the highest paid if not the highest paid QB in the league. I just don't think wants to move on because he has been here during the total rebuild of this team and it is his team.

I think he will, the OL didn't look bad in the first half and really didn't look bad until they resorted to their 5 step drop backs, Luck started to get the happy feet like Manning did.  Hopefully they will bring in a quality tackle or guard in the draft and sign a free agent that's not of a Lance Louis level.  Luck was only sacked 3x, Brady was sacked 2x and we know the Colts lack a pass rush.  I think besides the penalties the OL didn't play terrible by any means, they were serviceable.

Yeah, Luck won't be leaving anytime soon. Since the shuffling of the guards, the line has played a lot better compared to the start of the season. They certainly weren't the cause of Sunday's outcome.

Why wouldn't he?  The oline is no longer the problem spot it once was.  Folks are relying to much on muscle memory when they keep pointing that out IMO.  They have played good, solid football the last few weeks, including the Pats game.  They run block and keep the pocket pretty clean, except for those plays where Luck needs (or chooses) to hold the ball for 4 seconds.

when an o-line gets a lot of holding calls they are getting beat, if they get beat or hold the play is a loss, luck needs better than this to be good.  grigs please upgrade the o-line it has been 4 years now, work your magic

But maybe with his new arm strength and his nice slow spiral lobs, he might learn to throw quicker and shorter.

The injury may very well teach him to take advantage of opportunities he may have otherwise overlooked. If he can get these short passes down, and have the option of down the field passes once he's healed, that would be all good.
