Doubt Titans get to 9-7, Jags will be lucky if they get 8 wins. Two team race in the AFC South, We were 1 blown coverage from 12-4 last year. Landry should have more then 61 tackles if he starts in 12 games

Gavin... >9-7. That means less than 9-7.

Just realized that I did the wrong sign in the my 2nd post on this thread.

POST YOURS TOO!

Jesus Andy, that's impressive! You even have our post season laid out there. I'm just glad that Bye week in the 8th week. I hate early bye weeks. No one is really bruised & banged up yet whereas right in the middle of the regular season is a great time to heal & soothe sore muscles. Nice!

I hope we smack down the AZ Cardinals just so analysts will have to actually say "Huh, what do you know Pagano can coach too & Arians may not be the NFL Messiah we automatically assumed he was." I love when pundits are forced to get off their talking points & must do some original not recycled analysis.

I always wanna see how we perform against Seattle, Richard Sherman, & the best secondary in the NFL IMO...

I have no idea what to expect from Phillip Rivers & the Chargers. It's gonna seem weird watching Dwight Freeney sack Luck though. I hope they wear their powder blue throwback uniforms then. I love that look actually.

The Bengals kinda scare me. Remember to slide feet first Andrew LB James Harrison is still dangerous & I don't want to see Luck sustain a concussion either.

What? No AFC South crown Andy? The Texans are going down...That's my goal this season: Division Title. Otherwise, what's the darn point of buckling a chinstrap man...

I respect the Texans sure, but Big Brother Horseshoe Blue has got to reclaim her throne...like the Divine Right Of Kings. I do look so forward to clashing swords. Let's see whether or not if you mess with the bull you get the horns or not shall we...

I do tease my Texans pals QuizBoy & Vance87 a little bit, but that's only because I know how loaded Houston truly is & I crave tight, tooth & nail battles with evenly matched rivals that I really respect.

In addition, I also think Matt Schaub is more than capable of playing well this season. Besides, Ed Reed will get the ball back for your offense with his proven freelance turnover style anyway. What he lacks in speed he more than compensates for in risk, instinct, & momentum swings during games.

SW1 is really starting to enjoy this adversarial relationship now. Whatever happens, whoever wins the AFC South...They will have earned it...No one is gonna roll over & surrender anything & SW1 loves that.  :D

Saying we were blown coverage away from 12-4 is such terrible analysis of our team. There were plenty games we had no business winning such as the packers game and could have easily gone 8-8 or worse. I dont understand some of the losses. Have us winning at the bengals but losing at the chiefs? We seem to also be losing to every good team we face except for the home game verse the texans.

Geez, it's just his prediction. Your comment is even more off base. Half of our starters are new this season. So how does last seasons record make a difference this year?

That's like saying last season we should have only won 4 games since we won 2 the year before. Oh wait. Plenty of people did say that...

I dont see us losing all three games to the big three (SF,Seattle, Denver) especially with two of them at LOS. Luck and the Colts played better at home last year where they should have gone 8-0 if it were not for that big defensive breakdown at the end of the game against Jax. I can see us actually beating Seattle or Denver. Seattle will be a tough one due to being a very well balanced team, as for Denver, you take Manning out of the game, they really do not have a run game to rely on and havent for years. so that game there will come down to how well our secondary plays. My only issue with that game would be is it going to feel like a home game or an away game with Manning's return to indy?

I don't see how we lose to Ariz., but there will be at least 1 that gets away from us, but I also think we will win at least 1 that we shouldn't. I think we will beat Arizona, and Kansas City, but might drop one to Cincy... I'm thinking 1 loss after the bye week and an 11-5 record, good enough to beat Houston on tie-breakers and get a home playoff game...

No way to know for sure, of course... that's why they play the games...

I can't predict Colts losses. In my mind, we are 16-0 until or if, we lose a game. Yep, I a homer about some things. I have picked games in various pickem leagues for 30 years, and have never picked against us. In the "Life Without Peyton" season, I picked the Colts every week, and it ultimately cost me first place, as I came in second with the 14 losses the Colts gave me. I can't complain too much, because always picking the Colts helped me for the prior decade.

19-0 and I will go down with the Ship! :)

What does a team have to do to "deserve" getting past the second round? I'm sure the players/coaches themselves feel like they "deserve" it.

We'd have to have a better team, play better, etc. .... Last year we were like what 8-1 in games decided by 7 or less or something like that? Some of those were completely flukey and that doesn't fly in the playoffs. You need sound football and unless you're the ravens or Terry Bradshaw luck shouldn't be the dominating factor in a playoff run....

At the end of the day we were still 11-5 no matter what we were expected to be, we could have been 12-4 as it turns out. Did not happen

5-11 you heard it here first!

Maybe we could experience a slight dip in the W column RBC23, but SW1 really doesn't see the dropoff you seem to be advocating myself. Loses result usually from 2 things: no time to throw & turnovers. A solid line should alleviate that problem for Luck.

Wait RBC23...Maybe you were joking. It wouldn't be the 1st time that SW1 had a pun or anecdote fly right over my head.  haha Zoom!
