  1. I feel like he will stand pat and pick Bowers if he's there and if not pick the top DB that is left on the board. The second most likely scenario to me seems to be a trade back but only if the players that he really wanted to pick are all of the board and the next ones are the type of players who could very well drop anyways. I highly doubt we will trade up for one of the top picks since we haven't brought in many outside players in free agency. I feel like Ballard wants all the draft picks he can get at this point to fill the roster rather than to put all of his eggs in one basket. Keep in mind I'm very new to the whole draft process so I could end up being completly wrong
  2. Im a very new fan of the Colts so I dont have as many games under my belt as most people do here. But one of my favourite wins we've had during my time as a fan was the Covid season win at LOS against the Packers. That was one crazy back and fourth game and a nice walk off FG by Blankenship. It's gonna be fun to watch the Colts play at Lambeau Field for the first time. I love that stadium and the Packers are a nice organization with a lot of passionate fans. I have nothing but respect for them
  3. I dont know. Dak had some of the best QB stats in the league and was a legit MVP candidate for a long time this season. I think there is a 0% chance that they move on from him at this point. To me it seems to be a mental barrier that their whole organization has to get over. They were great in games against weaker opponents but couldn't find a way against some of the good ones they faced. Very similar to the Dolphins this year.
  4. If Packers backup QB got a TD drive there wouldn't be an end to the memes in the off season
  5. Watching all of these teams who looked great in the regular season getting blown out almost, just almost, makes me feel slightly less worse about what happened to us last week..
  6. You couldn't be more accurate if you tried my friend. I thought the ending against the 49ers last year was as bad as it could get but this is almost looks like they are deliberatly throwing it.
  7. This is honestly too funny. I never thought the Cowboys were able to choke this hard.
  8. It's 7:30 AM here in Sweden and I haven't been able to fall asleep yet. I just can't get over that drop. I'm still proud of the team and all the progress that we've made this season. This loss doesn't sting as much as the one to the Jags in 2021 imo. That one was embarerassing on all levels and was just a total collapse. This game very different. We lost a game which most "experts" thought we would lose. What hurts the most this time is it feels like such a missed oppurtunity though. We didn't lose becuase Texans were the far superior team. We lost cos of our own mistakes and not being clutch in key moments.
  9. A team should play to its strenghts when you need to make things happen. I will never understand why we put JT on the bench with the season on the line
  10. I 100% agree. You dont pay a guy a big contract to sit on the bench on the play that decides the game. You make sure your best player gets the ball and if doesnt make it happen then so be it
  11. Great season and I LOVE Steichen but that was a horrible call on 4th and 1. Give your best players chances to make plats when it matters most. Not some RB who spent most of the season on the PS
  12. On Saturday the Colts go to war A battle unlike any before The stands will be filled with blue and white A lot of anitcipation on a primetime night Minshew will throw and JT will run The Houston D won't have much fun One sack, two sack, three sack, four CJ Stroud will eat the floor And in the end the Shoe will win Indy will celebrate because now they are IN!
  13. Yeah, you're right. The NFL is a week to week league and you can't lean on old merits. You need to perform every game if you want to have longterm success. We still have a chance if we perform the way we are capable of. We are not good enough to think will just happen automatically though. Hard work is the only way.
