Yes, he was released on the 4th so he can sign whenever he wants.  Plus, like Dqwell last year, he won't factor into the equation when it comes time to calculate compensatory draft picks next year.

The Colts could have signed Revis and Suh and this forum would be complaining.

 

Love the signing. If Mathis comes back to even 80-90 percent, the Colts will have another pass-rusher to help.
