I'm just encouraged by the screen play calls to slow down the pass rush.

Pretty nice drive.  Some penalties,  the pierce drop (need to make those catches) but overall successful for AR.

Screens have been really good. Better than we've had in... I don't know how many years... well... it's still pre-season.

Good drive by AR. Beyond the first INT, he looked comfortable. When Steichen let's him run the ball more, it's only going to look better.

I think he might be done. Steichen said a quarter.  He did not look overwhelmed and we passed a good amount. Very encouraged.

So far AR hasn't looked that bad. Pretty crisp, that INT wasn't his fault (not being a Homer but it wasn't). The last drive was good than Gay missed a 28 yard FG, we paid top dollar for this kicker, if he costs us a game or 2 this year that will be unacceptable. 28 freakin yards!

 

I keep waiting for AR to break one off and have a long run. Jackson looks good early as well.

This beginning for him exceeded my hopes. 

 

He throws an interception and the next time he felt pressure, he smartly threw it away. 

 

He didn't get rattled by anything out there and kept his poise.
