That is what @Colt .45 says.

This is a lot of fun.  It has gone very well. Everyone made a pick except those who had no GMs (Bucs and Cards). Thank you!

We will continue again tomorrow with @John Hammonds and the Houston Texans.

The Colts pick early tomorrow. Be sure not to miss it.

Anyone want to GM the Bears?

Actually, Brisker and Hill, both safeties are great value now, IMO, both have Earl Thomas like abilities.

Or, instead of getting the 6th or 7th best WR, getting the best TE in the draft in Otton is another direction I can see the Colts going towards. Maybe??? Having said that, Tolbert and Watson fit what the Colts would like to do with their WRs. Good luck tomorrow :)

Thanks @NFLfan for making my picks for me. I'm very nervous about my picks because Aaron Rodgers has been banging on my door all night long and shouting something about doing his own research on the WRs.... but I just had to go by the board and I got two players I had valued very highly. NFLfan can confirm both of them were among my options for pick 22...

About the pick for the Bengals... best guard in the draft IMO. I am continuing what the Bengals FO started in FA and trying to save Joe Burrow from Andrew Luck's fate. This OL will be much better next year with La'el Collins, Jonah Williams, Alex Cappa and Ted Karras and Kenyon Green. That's 4 significant upgrades on the line compared to last year and IMO this line has the chance to actually be a strength for the team going forward. I love it.

If you need someone to take on a second team, toss one my way. Panthers are done until like round 5.

Thank you. The Bears have two picks today but have no GM.  Would you like the Bears?

Lol. There is a Vikings fan (not on this forum) who hates to draft punters and kickers, even if it is they are drafted late in 7th round. His dislike for punters and kickers is always laughed at on the Vikings site.

With the 30th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select

Jahan Waltè Dotson, WR, Penn State

Is he related at all to Josh Dotson? Josh Dotson is another one of those prospects that I wanted the Vikings to draft but never did much. I also liked Jake Fromm. My goodness, he has played terribly in the NFL. haha

Doctson. No, AFAIK unrelated.

Doctson was good in college

Anyone ever heard of Corey Moore? He was one of the best college LBs I had watched play years ago. He played for Virginia Tech. I thought he would be a star in the NFL. I was surprised that he was not drafted early. I guess there is a reason they pay the real GMs. Lol.

LOL. Yeah. That was the spelling of his name. Doctson was impressive for TCU. The Vikings signed him after he was cut by Washington but he barely played. He was injured.

Those WRs drafted in the first round that year were highly rated but none turned out great. (Doctson, Treadwell , Corey Coleman, and Will Fuller).  A few WRs drafted later have performed better (Michael Thomas, Sterling Shepard and Tyler Boyd). That year the Vikings were desperate for a WR. Most of us liked Doctson, Shepard, and Thomas. In the Gavin Mock draft that year, I drafted Boyd in the 2nd round.

Pretty happy with the Lions picks.

Hutchinson no brainer

Howell could be the next Rivers

Dean imo the best ILB in the draft

Yep, nicely done.  Maybe it's just because he wore similar colors in college, but I can just picture Howell on the Lions...

    • Hey Everyone,   So, I just caught wind of Goodson's apology letter after dropping that short pass from Minshew against the Texans last season. Here's my humorous take on the situation:   "Dear Fans, Coaches, Teammates, and Supporters,   I'm writing to apologize for buttering up that short pass in the most critical moment against the Texans. Look, I know I'm the backup running back, but hey, I'm usually good for catching those short throws - emphasis on 'usually'. My bad for turning a routine play into a blooper reel moment.   To my teammates, sorry for making you wonder if I was secretly playing for the other team. Next time, I'll practice catching more than just footballs thrown by the water boy.   To the coaches, maybe let's reconsider throwing short passes to guys who have hands that are more slippery than a greased pig at the county fair. Just a suggestion.   And to the fans, thanks for turning my drop into a meme. I promise to work on my catching skills so I can make highlights, not lowlights, next season.   Sincerely, Goodson (aka the running back who should stick to running)"   Okay, maybe I exaggerated a bit, but you get the gist. Let's hope Goodson has been hitting those catching drills hard this offseason!
    • I remember looking for highlights of TJ after we drafted him.  I kept finding videos of him following OJ Howard into the endzone.  Not sure if Howard was his responsibility, but it didn't paint a promising picture.
    • Ballard,   So, yeah, about that whole "bust" thing—I guess the cat's out of the bag. Turns out, I'm more of a popcorn fart than a thunderclap. My bad.   When you drafted me, I thought I was gonna be the Colts' next big thing. You know, sacking quarterbacks, making highlight reels, maybe even getting my face on a cereal box someday. But instead, I've been about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.   I've watched the tapes, Coach. I've seen the memes. They're comparing my NFL career to a hangover—starts off with high hopes, and ends with regret and a lot of Gatorade. And honestly, I get it. I'm like that guest who shows up to a party uninvited and ends up eating all the chips.   So, here's my mea culpa. I apologize for not living up to the hype. For every missed tackle, every missed sack, and that one time I accidentally tackled our own quarterback in practice (sorry, Philip). I'm like the guy who brings a guitar to a party and insists on playing Wonderwall—I'm annoying and not nearly as good as I think I am.   But hey, I'm not giving up. I'm hitting the gym, studying film (mostly bloopers at this point), and practicing my touchdown dance for when pigs finally fly. I promise to work harder and maybe, just maybe, I'll redeem myself and earn my place in the Hall of Mediocrity.   Thanks for believing in me, and letting me live my dream for 4 years straight whilst simultaneously producing nothing for your team. I'll make you proud yet, even if it's just by being the team's MVP of Bust Central, and we aren't talking bronze heads.    Sincerely, Ben "The Bust" Banagous (Not sponsored by Gatorade yet, but a guy can dream)
    • if you scream MODS! in anything I write,  I might get in trouble. hahaha
    • MODS!  This should be enough to force you to bring back the laughing emoji option!   Funny stuff!
