Is he the edge rusher from App State? Haven't read much about him, but looks like he is projecting as a late rounder. What is it about him that you like?

That is why it is an opinion. Look at what Hill did to KC. -

First off, we didn't HAVE to put in a guy that has never called plays. We...or rather Irsay...was dumb enough to do that all on his own. NFL Head Coach isn't an entry level position. It's not a position that should have someone that is learning on the job. We don't bring in players just learning how to play football, we shouldn't be bringing in a head coach just learning how to be a coach. If Jeff wants to be a head coach in the NFL then he should look for an entry level position and get some experience coaching first. If he thinks he is too good to be anything but a NFL head coach then he should keep his @.. where it was before Irsay handed him the interim position. -
Bingo. That’s why I like Morris. No, he’s not a young offensive coordinator, but he’s a respected guy around the league who coaches and players rave about and can do more than just call plays. And if you look at a lot of the coaches we have interviewed, that’s the common thing between them. Guys who are well respected and said to be great leaders. I think there’s a lot of teams who hire the hot coordinator and just worry about playcalling and not if they can get a team ready week to week. That’s why I think guys like Matt Nagy, Nathaniel Hackett, and others failed. They hired play-callers who couldn’t coach.
