It's only letting me tag a few at a time...

but the Draft will start Monday, March 25th, 10 AM EST.  I have a meeting at 9 am that morning, but should be online by 10.

All trades MUST be into me, the commissioner, PRIOR to the end of the 4 hr clock window for the pick.  Trades can be draft picks only, through round 7 of 2019 picks. Now, goal is for at least 4 rounds. So keep that in mind when doing later round trades. Again, all trades must be made to the commission, me, csmopar by the end of the 4 hours.

Clock starts when the previous selection is made. PLEASE BE SURE TO TAG THE NEXT USER WHEN MAKING YOUR PICK!

If no selection is made and no message to me was sent, at the end of the 4 hours, highest remaining player per Walter Football will be selected at a position of need for the said team.  I have a list of needs for all 32 teams ready to go.

Arizona is threatening to pick Kyler Murray("Kyler is awesome... we about to pick him... look how many leaks we had in the media that we gonna be picking him... just watch..."), but also quietly waiting for trade proposals("...seriously... we are going to pick Kyler... you better blow us away with a trade proposal for no.1... or I'm writing the name down...."

*picks the pen and draft card and pretends to scribble something*... "seriously... K-.... hey, Kliff... was his name spelled with a Y? Y? Oh, yah... how the hell would I know... he's your guy, not mine... L-E-R... this is the time people... hey Gruden( @csmopar ) we hear you might want a new QB... and you have some extra picks in this draft... You sure you don't want Kyler? Hey Gettleman( @w87r )? We know you like your RBs... Kyler might double as a wildcat RB if you want... give us your best offer" ). Anyone else willing to make an offer?

Also... 49ers( @pacolts56 ) and Jets ( @w87r ) ... we might not actually pick Murray... we might want to pick ... Bosa for example or Quinnen... if you want to secure picking your favorite, we might be willing to trade back a few spots... for the appropriate compensation.

Gruden passes.  Murray is the modern version of Michael Vick  in my opinion.  Raiders will listen to trade offers though

I just got off the phone with John Lynch :nose:

Bosa.... ? Williams..... ?Allen ?

Whichever 2 out of 3 of them are there at #2 is choice enough for the 49ers. :hat:

So I'm not able to send PMs via group anymore.  Hmm, could last year just fine. Anyway,  I had a couple questions come up.

We're still a go for Monday @ 10am est.  Again, any and all trades must be in to the commissioner by the end of the 4 hr clock periods.  Trades do NOT restart the 4 hr period.  So if Pick 15 in on the clock and its traded halfway through to another team, the team with the newly acquired pick 15 only has the remaining time to make their selection.

    • Interesting, is notice of requirement to visit a medical rep considered PHI?  And was it disseminated by a 'covered entity'?     To my understanding, People that get a hold of Protected Health Information (without illegal action of their own) and are not in the medical field and not in the direct care of the subject are not under HIPAA rules. Those that allowed the leaks or discovery of such PHI may well be ... depending.   Also, Dr. John Lombardo independently runs the Substance abuse and PES testing.  (has been for 28 tears).  The NFL/NFLPA collectively bargained the program, and he can be dismissed by either side at any time.   Each player faces one mandatory test per year under each policy. In addition, 10 players per team are chosen randomly by computer (cough: smart computer?) each week during the preseason, regular season and postseason to be tested under the policy on banned performance-enhancing substances. (only)   Rec drugs of abuse tested in the off season, or if one has previously rested positive.
    • I think we've pretty much covered that big win over Houston on Sunday, so let's look at our next opponent.   Denver actually scares me a bit...not saying it's a trap game, but after two big wins against two very good teams, it's possible for a let down against a weak Broncos team.   Their offense isn't very good, but they do have some weapons in the backfield.  I think if we get pressure on Flacco, then he's going to be ineffective.  If they decide to run the ball, then we need to be ready to stuff the running game.   Defensively, they aren't terrible...they have some very good DBs, so we may be running the running the ball more this week.   Reich has done a very good job designing an offensive game plan to exploit the opponent's weaknesses, so I expect the same this Sunday.   Thoughts?
    • Well said. There's not enough attention paid to how well respected Jacoby is in the locker room, and the cohesion that comes with that. I agree it would be really hard to find someone that could duplicate or better the success he's had this year. If he continues his strong play, I think the sensible move would be to put as many pieces as we can around him, and continue to develop the defensive side of the ball as well, and make a run these next however many years.
    • at Baltimore will be real interesting for them. If Mahomes is healthy and KC has their full offense, KC will be hard for them to beat. That game is in Foxboro though.
