Do you think Peyton would have sat back and entrusted his career to Pags/Grigs?

I think people are mistaken when they think players are annoyed behind the scenes.

They make great $$ and just focus mainly on what they can control (their own play).

20+M a year, it's much easier to deal with nonsense at work.

How would he push them out behind the scenes?

Tell Irsay to fire them. Or have his agent do it. If Peyton wanted Mora to stay, he would have stayed. I think he wanted him gone, as he should have. QB is the only position with leverage in the nfl.

No and neither would Archie(see Eli)

Peyton would've bailed as soon as his rookie contract was up and not looked back if Pagano/Grigson were to stay.

You don't know Peyton so you don't have a clue what he would have done. Just because you know who he is does not mean you know how he thinks.

And you do based on what exactly?

Observation.

Peyton has a more dominant and stronger personality watching him be a QB of the Colts for 14 years(and 4 with Denver) where he just wouldn't settle. Accountability was there its why he and Dungy worked so well he was mellow to Peyton's high strung personality. Peyton wouldn't settle for mediocrity if he can find a better situation elsewhere.

Andrew Luck nice guy would settle, goes with the flow its why Harbaugh worked with him because he was the opposite.

There's no one way to lead but yeah I don't buy Peyton would sit idly by and let Pagano/Grigson fester this long he would've given Jimbo an ultimatum.
