He was still a great player. One of the Purple People Eaters. He played something like 20 years in the NFL.

It's really going to boil down too head to head matchups. Cubs still play the Brewers a lot so those games will determine who wins the Division. Cards are in it as well so I will have to do a better look at the games remaining to get a better feel for this. Cubs are back at .500 at 45-45, Jake wasn't screwing around tonight.

Cubs win, Quintana with a shutout! Brewers are getting smoked today 5-2 in the 6th. I would love to see the Phillies get 1 game as they are terrible. If the Phills hang on, Cubs will only be out 4.5 games. Cubs now over .500 at 46-45. Bryant and Rizzo both hit another HR as well.

Brewers lost so the Cubs are now only 4.5 back. Cubs are 46-45, Brewers are now 52-42. Glad they finally loss one, they have been winning almost every night lately. Cubs are now 3-0 after the break, like what I am seeing right now. Theo's move looks great so far but it's only 1 game for Quintana.
