Welcome back for another NFL Game Day Sunday, Colts fans! :) Our Indianapolis Colts are in Jacksonville. Florida, to play the Jaguars, in the battle of winless teams after two weeks. Colts technically have yet to win a game dating back to their AFC Divisional Playoff Game 43-22 loss at New England, 0-4 in their preseason schedule, and losing their first two games so far, at Denver, and last Monday Night at Indianaplolis to the Eagles. Colts are playing with a sense of urgency to win for themselves, the players and coaching staff, Colts management, and fans.

Both the Colts and Jaguars are playing in the 27th all-time regular season meeting, with Indianapolis leading the series with 18 wins and 8 losses, a rivalry that began when the Colts won the first five games beginning with the Jaguars inaugural season, where the Colts won 41-31 also played at then named Jacksonville Municipal Stadium back on December 10, 1995. Colts also have outscored the Jaguars in the previous 26 meeting 647 points, to the Jaguars 505.

Colts are also in a three-game winning streak entering this afternoon over the Jaguars, and have also outscored the Jaguars in those three games 94-23. Colts won 30-10 over the in the regular season finale played at LOS (the building) back on December 29, 2013. Colts RB's Donald Brown and Trent Richardson each scored 1 and 2-yard runs, QB Andrew Luck threw a 7-yard pass play for another TD to Stanford Cardinal teammate and TE Griff Whalen, and kicker Adam Vinatieri added 3 field goals from 23, 26, and 39 yards, and his 3 PAT's completed the Colts scoring.

Philadelphia Phillies and St. Joseph University's TV broadcaster Tom McCarthy, and former NFL defensive back Adam Archuleta, are announcing the live TV game commentary for the early regional doubleheader game for The NFL On CBS, seen mostly in Indiana, Illinois, Northern Florida and Southern Georgia, and in Indianapolis on WISH-TV CBS Channel 8, all stations seen live on HD.

Bob Lamey and Jim Sorgi are also announcing both the live radio game play-by-play and analysis, simulcast on flagship stations WFNI ESPN 1070AM, and WHLK 98.1FM, and the Colts/Vectren Radio Network.

Great weather at Northeastern Florida is expected for the 1:05PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, because sunny and clear skies at 84 degrees, feels like 82 degrees, is the local forecast inside EverBank Field, along with 51% humidity, 0% precipitation, and mile northern winds at 6 miles per hour.

Colts are wearing their blue jerseys, and white pants, while the host Jaguars are wearing their matching white jerseys and pants.

NO injuries, and hope the Colts stay resilient to achieve their first win in 2014, and leave Jacksonville with win #1, and the Jaguars at 0-3. Stay Colts Strong, and GO COLTS!!!!!:D:1colts::colts::coltsfb::coltshorse:

Luck and the offense have a big day. Colts route the Jaguars.

We darn well better beat them. Because if we lose this game, all hell will break lose and this season starts to look like it's ending already. This is a vastly important game. If this Colts squad is half as good as what the "experts" thought going into 2014, we should blow them out, no contest.

I agree. A win is a win, BUT, we have to win convincingly today

1) for Pep's system to continue to move forward and give the O confidence they can execute it.

2) We're already 2 games behind and this is one of the doorstops of the league. If we want to reach and go far in the playoffs we HAVE to convincingly beat these types of teams every time we play them.

Make no mistake; this is a big game for the players and coaches.

Go Colts! All day, every day!

I think you could say this is a "must win" for our boys if we have hopes for winning the division and making the playoffs. Especially if Houston wins against the Giants today (and all indications are that they will with the way NY has looked so far this year). While crazier things have happened and it's still early, coming back from 0-3 is not something we want to see the Colts try to have to do.

1975 1-4 start to win 9 in a row and win AFC East from the NFL Champion Dolphins.....so we have done it before but hey let's not. That first game of the 75 season was against the Bears and Walter Payton's first game and the Colts held him to 8 yards on the day I believe.

    • I got mad the night they took Dorsett and I still get mad when I think about it.  Look at all the good players he passed on for him.  I wanted Xavier Rhodes in that draft and they could have had him.  No single first round draft pick upsets me as much as Phillip freaking Dorsett.
    • Grigson didn’t hit on another high draft pick until Ryan Kelly after Hilton.  Just goes to speak about how good Andrew Luck was that those teams were as good as they were until Luck literally feel apart from carrying the team on his shoulders.
    • Irsay or no other pro-sports owner is strapped for cash.  Look at the lifestyles they live.  These guys are swimming in money Scrooge McDuck style.  They like to get you to think that they are so that they have to pay for less things like the a new stadium and give them friendly tax breaks but they aren’t.  These guys are super rich even the small market teams like the Colts.  If you want to think they are strapped for cash go a head but we are going to agree to disagree.
    • I agree. I cannot recall who else he drafted in 2015 but I could not understand why he drafted the WR out of Miami at #29 that year.
    • If I may….    I’ll share some information that I’ve had for about 4 months.   It may or may not surprise you.  This is what I tried to send you the other night but somehow screwed up.      These are the big signing bonuses the Colts have given out over the years when the players 2nd contract came around:  this is from Spotrac.    Nelson:   $31m Leonard:  $20m Smith:      $15m Taylor:      $10.24m Stewart:    $5m      BUT…..    I also found this….   *** When Ballard signed Buckner to 4/84 his SB was 0. *** When Ballard signed Kelly to 4/50 his signing bonus was 0. *** When Ballard signed Moore to 4/33 his signing bonus was 0.  *** When Ballard signed MAC to 3/19 his SB was 0.    To be clear, no agent lets their client sign a deal like this out of the goodness of their heart to help the team.  I think it stands to reason they get something in return.  And I think it’s a higher amount of guaranteed money.  That’s money the player would get even if the team cut the player before the contract was done.   Guaranteeing a higher percentage of money doesn’t cost the Colts anything if the team is confident the player will be in the roster for the life of the contract.    I view this as a sign of a small market team.   The Colts wanted to do this.  It’s to their advantage.  I’m not blaming the Colts for doing this, I think it’s smart business.  But I think it’s a sign that from time to time, Irsay needs a little help so he doesn’t have to write a large check.     This is my view.   I welcome input from all.    @w87r   @Superman  @GoColts8818
