I'm not usually one to be a person that criticizes things, or tries to be "internet police, but this picture for me goes a bit too far. I understand the meaning, but I just lost a friend to cancer a couple months ago..someone whom I was very close to, and it hurt watching him suffer through months and months of agonizing pain, before he finally wasted away. If it were changed to made me ill, that's a different story....and more appropriate.

 

When posting pictures, please try to be sensitive to others, especially when it comes to a disease that most people and families have had someone suffer and pass away due to this horrible affliction..
