Brandon Oliver was originally on the Colts?

Well that's a kick in the nads. My fantasy team did appreciate his 18 points, however. If you don't know Oliver, you will soon, the man is a stud. Chargers fans call him Sprolebert as a throwback to a couple of pretty good Charger backs. I found it interesting and sad he was first signed by us.

That sucks why was he let go that kid is better than any back we have and I really like Bradshaw and like the way TRich is coming around even Boom has some promise .

I don't think Colts ever signed him, he was a tryout in the rookie FA camp, but never signed.

Never on the 53 man roster, but he was here as a UDFA for a little while after the draft.

 

He probably would have stayed if we didn't have Rainey.  Also I think even Vick Ballard was healthy at the time. We just had too many backs for him to stay.

I don't see anywhere where it says it was a workout.  A workout in the sense of some of these guys that workout during the season but never sign.  I distinctly remember his name on the list of UDFA that we signed after the draft.

He was brought in for the Rookie Minicamp but wasn't signed

Ehh I disagree, you can give Oliver a full workload.  Bradshaw has to be paced to prevent injury.

 

I'd rather have Oliver at this point.

Meh. It is what it is. I don't think he's the beast he's being made out to be anyways. He's just a guy stepping up, and things are going his way at the moment. I'm of the firm belief that it will pass.

Just because he is running well for the chargers right now doesn't mean he would be having the same success here.
