In Colts lore, back in 2015, @Dustin used to write scouting reports here. He absolutely loved Jarrett and begged the Colts to draft him. Jarrett dropped to the 4th or 5th round. He is still going strong?? Dustin was right. He often was. He is missed as are many others.
