  1. It's really the biggest hole on the roster. Even more than CB experience. We have Thomas and that's it.
  2. At this point I'd rather have Simmons with either Quinyon Mitchell or Cam Hart in the draft. If the contract is massive and still an issue that tells me that he does not want to come here. He's probably inflating it as much as possible hoping everyone will give up and he can be apart of the 3peat attempt with the chiefs.
  3. Interesting that they were willing to trade Collins. Wonder if that signals they're about to make a move for one of the higher tier receivers in the draft.
  4. Looks like we brought Trey Sermon back
  5. We really are collecting the great QBs of my 20s. Really never thought there would be Flacco, Ryan, and Rivers Colts jerseys.
  6. Decent mentor for AR. Hope we don't need him tho
  7. Before Lawrance that was consistently Jacksonville. They'd spend all that money on big names to get 4 - 6 wins every year and pick top 10 again.
  8. Honestly. No workout all offseason makes me not want him at 15.
  9. I don't think we're getting Evan Anderson anymore
  10. I think bringing Snead in would give us an upgrade at the position and someone that would help with the development of Brents and Jones with his experience. Snead, Brents, and Moore as starting CBs with Flowers and Jones backing them up is a pretty good room IMO.
  11. I hope we can get a deal done for Snead and sign Jordan Fuller. Those two additions would bring alot to this defense. Bringing Blackmon back as well would be great but not sure how much money is left now.
  12. I'd be ok with a day two pick. I'm expecting the normal wheeling and dealing and we end up with about 3 our 4 more picks. If it's just our amount of current picks then day 3 all the way.
  13. We should draft another RB to replace Moss. We need someone that can legit start if Taylor is injured. Which he's a rb in his second contract. It's definitely expected.
  14. This day is always a fun one on the board
  15. Bryce Huff to the eagles. 3 years $51.1 mil.
  16. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-media-max-width="560"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Oregon C Jackson Powers-Johnson is a future All-Pro<br> <a href="https://t.co/7bk7vknjK5">pic.twitter.com/7bk7vknjK5</a></p>&mdash; Kendell Hollowell (@KHollowell_) <a href="https://twitter.com/KHollowell_/status/1765467015530336690?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 6, 2024</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> First time trying this so hopefully it works, but this set of blocks by JPJ makes me want him on our line. Tossed that linebacker aside like it was his little brother.
  17. They have needs at CB, edge rusher, receiver, o line and TE according to the google machine. The first three spots should have a good prospect available to draw them in.
  18. Resigning Blackmon (he shouldn't be to expensive with his injury history) and pairing him with another vet like Simmons seems like the best route for the safety room. Simmons would provide valuable experience our young secondary needs. If we did this tho, would we be able to keep Moore? This got put in the wrong thread. My bad.
  19. https://coltswire.usatoday.com/2024/03/07/indianapolis-colts-2024-nfl-draft-top-30-visit-chris-edmonds/ More of a box safety according to the article.
  20. I hope Kneeland makes it to our second. I doubt it but still hopeful.
  21. Yeah this market blew up the past few days. I still hope we can get McKinney from the Giants. With more options his proce drop might of dropped a little bit.
  22. One thing about both players vs Bama. Thomas should of had two more TDs that season from that game alone. It was a Alec Pierce type game. He wasn't looked at when he was open. One was a crosser. He completely beat his cb and the lb. The second one was the exact route Piece ran against the Texans early in the season. Split the safeties and his cb was way behind him. For Mitchell, this is actually most games, I want to see him use that 4.3 speed. Listening to locked on colts yesterday (Mondays episode) and during an interview he said he only ran his routes at 70%. Makes sense to because you don't see 4.3 speed on tape. Might be why his routes, cuts, and fakes are so smooth. Dude never slows down (or went full speed) during his routes and he was beating people that way. I'm warming up to BTJ the more I look into it (practically forcing myself to see it). I think Coach Wayne can make him into something decent. Mitchell is still who I want.
