Depending on what restructuring they do they need to move Baker to make room for Watson.  As long as that’s the case they have to get the deal done by draft day.

If it’s not Baker just make it Mariota so we have a entire off season with a guy that is available. I heard todsy that because bakers arm is his Nom throwing shoulder he may be able to do some stuff this off season.
