The talking heads love to tell us how brady has such a awesome health diet and workout regiment.

The dude can't run without Stumbling and Bumbling his way to the turf. haha

Josh McDaniels better stick to having his qb to dinking and dunking exclusively. Lol.

Yeah, Nick Foles says "hold my beer" and catches a TD pass in the SB while Brady drops a first down pass.

Now, Mariota says "hold my beer" and catches a pass for 21 yards worth of run and catch on a play that Brady couldn't execute well.

No one is crying for Brady, that is for sure!!! :)

If it's that easy, how come all QBs don't do it?

I've asked that question for over 10 years now with no response whatsoever. Sad as it is to say it... the most accomplished QB in NFL history is far from the best athlete!

Somehow I think Brady will get through all the Twitter mocking.

That was disappointing. I have seen WR lose their footing without being touched and they are some of the best athletes on the field.  Then again, they don't have a bunch of SB rings, SB MVPs, season mvps and a super model wife that makes more coin than they do.

Poor tom....

It's funny seeing these shenanigans backfire on Brady. Throughout his career, they've written up plays that inflate Brady's ego, including flea flickers, QB sneaks, multiple times going for it on 4th down (including games they didn't even have to and were rubbing it in). Now, the aura of invincibility is finally crumbling.

Social media is another term for Home of Clowns. Even one looney on one show made mention of Brady's age on his stumble and fall. What a bag of spit the media is. One incident in nearly two decades of bouncing the best QBs in the game in to their list of losses while adding to his long list of victories. Let's see when the Pats wheel out Brady for the remainder of their games if he can waddle his way to even more victories on the march to this years Super Bowl.

It's nonsense the play was called.   Brady should be throwing the passes,  not catching them.   Stupid play call.   Again

    • How about we let him actually get in 2 years of NFL coaching.
    • I found this interesting: https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/columnists/gregg-doyel/2024/09/18/colts-qb-anthony-richardson-an-outlier-defying-statistical-explanation/75249368007/ (I would've linked directly to the article but apparently, the mods too away the ability to insert a link.)    Greg Doyle wrote an article in which he compared Manning's first 6 games as a Rookie to Richardson's.   From the article:   (Richardson) "Six games into his career he’s completing 55.5% of his passer (76-for-137) for 993 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions. He’s also run for 229 yards and five touchdowns. "   "Six games into his NFL career, Peyton Manning was completing 53.8% of his passes (113-for-210) for 1,364 yards, six touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He’d also run six times for 33 yards and no score. Numerically speaking, Peyton Manning was terrible. And the Colts were 1-5 in 1998."   And lastly: "Richardson has a similar passing philosophy to Manning circa 1998 – throwing the ball much farther downfield than quarterbacks today, the same as quarterbacks were doing in 1998 – but plays the rest of the game with no comparison to Manning. The footspeed, the willingness to run, the inferior talent around him (Manning was throwing in 1998 to Marshall Faulk and Marvin Harrison, among others)? No comparison."
    • This has a feel of "Gus needs to go" type of article. But Bryan said he can play it, just that he doesn't like to...probably because he's 20+ lbs lighter than the guy he is replacing. I can understand that.
    • I was able to read it. Apparently, Bryan rotates between both 3T and NT as part of the overall 10-man rotation. It's mainly for him to spell Grover, who can only really handle about 65% of the snaps at most.   It makes sense on some level, assuming he can actually play it. But it sounds like he doesn't want to or can't.
