Realllly glad to hear Quincy is out there.

I wasn't all that worried about him.  They are insanely cautious about injuries during OTA's and training camp.  If you stub your toe in the shower, they will put you in a walking boot.

I just don't read too much into camp injuries unless they actually start talking about a player missing time or there is another reason to believe that the player has a serious injury.

Chester Rogers is super underrated. I know he's not really anyone in the NFL, sort to speak, but he's shown some really nice flashes to be a solid receiver. I'd love to see more of him out there, competition is tough this season. Good to see Quincy Wilson doing some nice work out there. We desperately need some good defensively play off the bat.

Hooker's probably in the same boat if not worse to be honest. At least Wilson is getting some work in right now, Hooker has yet to practice.

Yea, he has a better excuse though because of surgery. You'd think after getting drafted you wouldn't show up out of shape if healthy.

According to Holder, a lot of the rookies are struggling with conditioning. Plus, I don't think anyone would be fully in shape and ready to go if the season started today, and that probably goes double for Wilson since they'll be asking him to play A LOT of press man.

The media guys all said Wilson looked fantastic today, just got beat once by Moncrief, who made a sick one-handed catch. I'm not going to concern myself with it, I'm just glad he wasn't seriously injured.

From what I've heard part of the issue has to do with the fact that the rookies just spent a lot of their offseason time training for the combine and pro-days and not training for football.

I think he's solid.  He's not TY level, but very few WRs are, but he's a guy you can win with if he's your third WR.

I'd like to see more from Moncreif and Dorsett, more the later, but it's nice to know they have a guy like Rodgers to push them.

Well I always like to read something like this.......

PFW's NFL Draft 'late risers': Eastern Michigan OL Andrew Wylie

Wylie's Pro Day numbers put him right at the top for O-linemen ahead of the NFL Draft

Its also worth mentioning that CP said right now its Blackmon and Hairston for the nickel corner as Dbuts is exclusively at safety for now. I wonder how long it will remain this way, though it would be excellent if one of those rookies stepped up to this level. Hairston though is a very raw talent, I feel its asking alot for him to be the starting nickel day 1, but hey he could do well.

They need Butler at safety.  Who knows when geathers will be back.  That leaves them with a rookie and a second year player coming off a disappointing rookie season.

Listening to the Irsay interview with Schefter now.

http://www.espn.com/espnradio/play?id=19503930

Thanks for posting this interview bababooey. Jimmy visiting Jim Morrison's grave in Paris as a bucket list venture, speaking about losing siblings & the effect it had on him, the move to INDY, taking over the team after his father passed away, his love for his daughters, his obsession with collecting famous guitars; icons of the NFL from past & present; how happy he is with new additions to his family as a grandpa etc. etc.

Jimmy is a good man who gives back to the community he lives in. Nice & it speaks to his character & overall kindness.

What's the word count on how many times Jimmy said "You know" or some variation of it? Just kidding!

His anxieties over using new technology foreign to him was very funny, sincere, & truthful depending on which era you grew up in too. A nice 1 on 1 session with Adam Shefter.
