Trades and transactions: You are allowed to make trades with other teams' managers by using only draft picks in this year's draft(2016) and next year's draft(2017). You can negotiate with other managers through PMs or in here. In order for a trade to be accepted all managers involved in the trade need to confirm the trade in this thread. For your convenience, here's the widely accepted draft trade value chart. If 2 or more managers complain about the value of a trade, a trade will be vetoed and voided, so try to be fair in your dealings.

In theory if the right player were there and we had a favorable deal, but frankly the Colts have so few picks I can't see many scenarios where it would make sense unless one particular player was there AND the demands were not too extreme.  I doubt you'd make a bad trade though. =)
