Steelers at Ravens - TNF

Looks like the Ravens are favored by 2.5 points tonight being at home, the short week, and no Ben. I am torn about who to root for this in game. If Ravens win than both teams are 2-2 and 2 back of Cincy and also the Pats. If Pitt wins than Ravens drop to 0-4 and will basically be out of the post-season barring a miracle turn around. This makes me happy too.

 

I think much depends on how well Vick can take advantage of the Ravens secondary. I just don't trust him to be able to put up enough points and play clean which is why I think the Ravens take this one. Also, the Ravens are the more desperate team as well and home teams generally win the Thursday night game.

yeah its weird.  so many teams are not playing all that well or just aren't any good in the first place.  there is so much mediocrity that somebody has to win these games though

That's why the INT stat is overrated. Luck has had at least 10 in his career where he just flings the ball 40-50 yards downfield on 3rd and long hoping to make a play, if not it's just a like Punt basically.
