Texans are the favorites. Washington and Buffalo are also being considered. None of these teams have veto rights, but Washington doesn't want to be chosen.

I secretly hope each year that the Colts will do Hard Knocks, but we all know better.

I would love to see the Texans.  From the very start, I've been rooting to get the Texans on there.  JJ Watt is great.  Arian Foster is well spoken and pretty funny.  The return of Clowney is something to watch.  Lots of good storylines possible with the Texans

Colts will never do 'Hard Knocks' and will never regret it

Yeah as much as I would like to personally watch the Colts on Hard Knocks, I would equally not like it as much for our opponents to see.

I dont know the success/failure level of the team that did the show..

..and the 'sample' is probably to small to draw a trend..since the show hasn't ben around that long

But you said it better than I could, Blue...its giving division foes a semi-controlled insight to your team. Why do that?

the show is mostly about drama, and the colts dont have enough of it to make it watchable to the average non colts fan

the best team to get viewers would be the cowboys due to their popularity, but obviously theyre exempt.  Houston could be good for the show, big market, plenty of story lines, lots of question marks
