Wow he showed out today. Very impressive TD catch, and he needs to see the field more often. over 100 yards receiving, and his first game where he has been targeted more than 5 times and look at the results. I know everyone is saying this but jesus put him on the field more

Hilton and Moncrief will be owning defenses for a long time. Thats gonna be a heck of a tandem.

We got a peak at Moncrief can do him and Hilton will be will be a great tandem for years to come . If Wayne misses next week would like to see Hilton Moncrief and Whalen as the primary receivers .

Nicks will not be back this off-season and Moncrief is probably ahead on the depth chart after that. I'm not surprised though. I think the coaching staff expected this much but wanted to save it for the post-season or next season so people wouldn't think to game plan against him. I think his stat line was something like 7 catches for 113 yards, and T.Y. had 6 or 7 for 155.

 

This really might turn out to be the best WR class in awhile. Crief is no joke though. He's got hands, speed, and aggression. He played like a 5 year vet out there today.

Fleener is a fine TE, not good, not great just fine, he doesn't give us the explosiveness that Moncrief offers us.

I have to say that i am extremely impressed with his performance, the kid was a steal. He made tough catches and showed the ability to rack up the YAC. He is going to be good for us for years to come. put him along with Hilton and they pose a nightmare tandem for defenses.

People remember what happen last year with DHB ? I hope Chuck had learned the lesson and bench Nicks but he could be last season Chuck and let him play a couple of games as started.

I see a pattern with Nicks and Luck.  Many passes to him are either over his head or just out of reach.  I tend to believe that Nicks may not be running good routes.  It's time for Montcrief.  He has shown that he has the "stuff" to compete.  Also, yesterday, we missed Trich's blocking for Luck.  Ciao!

It's obvious that Moncrief is better then Nicks, he should be the starter now. Whalen should be the 4th WR, he's getting a lot more separation from the DB's more then Nicks as well.

Moncrief and Hilton really kept us in that game, and of course that Luck kid too . I really am disappointed that Nicks hasn't had a bigger impact this year. Maybe the Giants knew something we didn't LOL! What a phenomenal 3rd round pick from Ole Miss.
