Vikings @ Eagles

TNF pick: Eagles 27 - Vikings 17

Vikings get massacred, no running game, and Kirk making couple of turnovers.

Actual score would be like 27-10, but Eagles just concede last minute TD for Captain Kirk to boost his stats.

Sirianni does SKOL celebration to mock Vikings fans in Philly, a la Sean Payton.

I'll have the rest of the picks after final injury report.

Lol I thought about this while i was making my picks.. it really doesnt actually matter what the score is since we aren't picking ATS lol but i'll continue just because its cool to see if i get close with my scores.. like Jets Cowboys will be FG after FG after FG

I will still pick the scores starting next week again. I actually did them for week 2 on the other thread. I do them because I think it would be cool if I nailed a game exactly. I would imagine that is why some others do it as well.

I just like the way it looks, personally. I don’t put too much thought into the actual scores.

Our guy Jefferson (he’s my #1 on fantasy) isn’t going to lay down against the Eagles. Heck I wouldn’t be too surprised if the Vikings upset the Eagles. Despite the win, Hurts was pretty bad last week.

Could the Eagles offense be taking a step back with Steichen gone? It’ll be interesting what happens tonight.

It's fun looking at fantasy score jump up like Taxi Meter when JJ is playing, LOL

I know right? I was sitting there looking at the numbers and then all of the sudden there he went.

JJ, Hill, Waddle, Chase, Diggs, Adams...

If Aiyuk goes to QBs like Mahomes, Tua, Burrow, or Allen, watch out. Aiyuk seems to make plays when the team closes in on red zone. Like Kelce or Mark Andrews.

Actually Colts could trade for Aiyuk next off-season, SF can't keep all the play makers on offense . Colts could let Pittman go, and pay Aiyuk. Even SF could swap for Pittman if franchise tagged, they'd use him better than many teams.

My choices: Falcons over Packers; Jaguars over Chiefs. Too difficult to give scores. Falcons will run ball on Packers, maybe get Kyle Pitts or Drake London involved, and defense will cause problems for Jordan Love.

Jaguars outlast Chiefs, even if Travis Kelce plays.

Side note; if rumors bout Kelce hanging out with Taylor Swift are true, Kelce might not be completely focused on the game. :default_20smile:

I am just going to make 2 $50 bets a week all year.

+Last week I had Browns over Bengals and even had 3.5 points, Browns won big = $50 for the win. I had Cowboys over the Giants and had to give up 2.5 points, Cowboys won big = $50 for the win.

This week my bets are in for $50:

I have Colts over Texans, I have to give up 1 point. I need the Colts to win by 2 or more.

I have Ravens over Bengals and I am getting 3.5 points, even if Bengals win by 3, I still win.

So far I am $100 to the good. Lets see how this week goes. No Dobbins for the Ravens and the Bengals are coming off a bad loss but I like the Ravens team as a whole. Jackson looked good last week. I am still not sure Burrow is 100% with that leg? I think the Colts will win by at least 3 points.

Good prediction on these players, still Vikings fall long short, though final score may not tell the story.

Yep, Vikings just need to figure out the turnovers. Offense turnovers puts too much presser on defenses and wears them down. Eagles are very good so I can't take anything away from them. Vikings held their own until you know..lmao

If not for the turnovers by Vikings offense, Eagles would've scored with more urgency. As soon as Vikings started to score, Eagles went on a rampage.

Stats showed last year Eagles consistently scored the most number of points in second quarter and I think generally in first half, then had their defense control the game. If it was a tight contest like the Colts game last year, Eagles defense still managed to keep it within control.

I don't disagree. Vikings IMO had the takings and broke their own foot. It was good game though until Vikings defense to tired to keep up with Eagles high powered Offense. Vikings turnovers was treacherous.
