2.  The Colts were getting some pressure from the outside but there was no interior pressure so Dalton was able to step up and move around a bit in the pocket. 

 

So what the Colts needed was interior push which makes it more head scratching that Ridgeway didn't get any snaps.  Who knows maybe Ridgeway was over the weight limit the Colts set for him and the punishment was missing the game.  People will claim that is stupid but a coach/gm has to do things like that when they are changing the culture of a team.  And I do want to make it clear, that is just speculation on my part as to why a player who played well against the 1s, 2s and 3s all preseason did not get any snaps.

LOL!!!, i can agree that Basham is completely invisible and should not have made the team, but to go and say we would have won the game if we kept Simon is ridiculous. Find something new to pass the time man, posting here is not your strong suit,

Actually, seen Big Al in the backfield on multiple occasions...a couple times he just blew up his guy.  I think you were referring to the 3 tech.

I looked at some of the Snap Counts on stampede blue and I noticed Basham only got 9 snaps. Meanwhile Muhammad a guy that just came in at the end of preseason got 20 snaps.  Some things going on behind the scenes I believe.  Of course it's only one game and things could change but that's kind of weird to me.

John Simon is a fine player.   I wanted them to keep him.   However,   let's not act like we just cut Dwight Freeney.  He is still unsigned.   Any team is free to sign him,   yet he isn't signed
