NFL Owners, GMs, and Head Coaches are sick of New England pushing the envelope. Wants the NFL to take a hard line.

Here's what baffles me man. Bill Belichick is a sharp guy. He has no need to cheat so why attempt to blur the lines of competitiveness? I remember seeing him interviewed as the DC of the NY Giants & I said to myself that guy is going places. I just can't comprehend why a person would play so fast & loose with established NFL rules?

Okay, nothing has been proven yet in terms of what Bill knew & when he knew it & there is the plausible deniability angle I suppose, but come on after SpyGate & the destruction of the videotapes, Roger Goodell must have warned Bill sternly that any other incident discovered by this club documenting an illegal NFL rule that is ignored will be met with a severe punishment next time around.

If I am going to condemn Dolphins HC Joe Philbin for not having a firm handle on his team regarding player hazing, I can't give Bill a complete pass on a deflation issue either. The right hand is supposed to know what the left hand is doing inside Gillette Stadium & everybody you hire represents your franchise from the ball boy to the laundry guy to the security guard attendant in the parking lot.

Does this mean that if Brady wins the SB he will appear in deflation prevention viagra commercials with Giselle his supermodel wife now? I could so see that happening. LOL!

There is a facebook advertisement for Cialis now. Go to Benstonium.com to check it out. It's pretty funny.

Belichick is so smart that he has us all thinking that he's much smarter then he really is.

Because they are paranoid psychopaths who will do whatever it takes to win.

Also, I gotta say that, I know it's politically correct to acknowledge that this, and any of their discretion may have had no effect on the games (especially our most recent experience), but I don't buy it for a second. Mo has a habit of overcoming the seemingly invincible, and stuff like this tips the table in your direction. A little can be a lot. You never know.

This is not to say that it's all preconceived, but it becomes increasingly impossible to ignore it.

No, not really. Because after the SB, the Patriots could have 4 rings that no one can take away from them due to questionable ethics.

As HOF QB Steve Young said, "No one can ever take a Championship away from you" once you win it. History is always kind to the victorious in the record books.

This is absolutely insane what is going on with the media, which is being driven by social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook.

This is all that really needs to be said right now:

We're on to Seattle!

Yeah, but it appears someone in the Pats organization thought it gave them an advantage.

Oh, and.....don't go to Seattle. The game's in Arizona.

So integrity and tampering with the ball means zero to you. Rules have no place in football according to your opinion. Typical Patriot fan comment. Is this opinion just a Patriots fan thing or a New England thing?

Thanks CC1. I just watched it. It's hysterical man!  :D

My brother in law sent it to me and I thought is was funny. I am sure it is only the start of more to come. I was also re watching the episode of South Park Patriots cheat on youtube. It is funny as well if interested. I normally don't watch South Park but this was an exception. :)

haha. I feel so sorry for Pats fans today. They either have to accept disappointment in their team, or delude themselves into this bubble or safety where no bad words can reach them.

I can really tell the NFL is concerned. That must be why they haven't even mentioned this issue yet on their network. If all anyone watched was the NFLN, they wouldn't have clue that this was even going on.

Yup I mentioned this before in another thread.

They did (the day after) have an article about the investigation right on NFL.com. Whether it's still ON nfl.com buried through the pages or not I don't know. But spot on...no one knows on nfl.com anything about it.

The truly sad part of your comment is the larger part of Patriot fans wont accept anything negative said or thought about their team. I don't think I have ever witnessed a fan base that is so consumed with the notion that everyone is either jealous of the Patriots or can't stand a winner. Very few see or care to comprehend what good sportsmanship and integrity is. Most of them have turned into mini Belichick's.

After the crap the Saints put up with, I don't see how Belicheak don't get suspended.

We lost our coach an entire season, NE only had to pay fines and a few draft pics for Spygate, and then now this.

These are two separate cases...You are comparing robbery to murder.

Your team paid players to "take out" other opponents...I think that is a bit more grave offense.

Thanks for letting me in to your inner circle CC1. I appreciate that. You're pretty darn funny & sharp as a tack IMHO. If you get anymore deflation humor from relatives, please let me know or send me a PM/email on this site thank you brother.

South Park isn't my cup of tea normally either, but once in awhile the creators of that show produce comedy gold like that Belichick/Brady parody.

I saw a nice lengthy segment on deflate gate on CNN earlier tonight/today.

I laughed since well......it is become mainstream too.

LOL...mainstream and also the topic of conversation in a San Diego restaurant my wife and I ate at last night.

As the dining room filled up, two other tables of guests, complete strangers to each other began talking to each other about it....and later the waitress even "weighed in".

After watching me follow the Forum on it the last day and a half and us listening to sports radio on the ride down...and seeing that I was ready to jump into the conversation with my .02 cents, she looked at me and said "DON'T...dang it, enough with the football, eat your cioppino!" LOL

pfffft........women and their aversion to heated impromptu sports debates with strangers while on a date.

Since you haven't figured it out yet...its getting to the point where nobody cares about the WWE version of the SB, thanks to BelliKraft.  ESPN is trying to minimize  the sitution so a lot of the public won't lose interest.

This year, winning the SB means nothing.  It pretty much made the entire NFL season a waste of time for everyone.

I hope the NFL gets to the bottom of this.. it was 14-7 in the first half, but fortunately the refs identified those defective footballs and got proper ones onto the field for the Pats in the 2nd half and they could start operating their offense like normal, outscoring Indy 28-0.

I really hope they find out what made them so defective, they should check all the cameras to make sure the Colts weren't sabotaging them by letting some air out

Lol, winning the SB is winning the SB.. you win the same Lombardi trophy this year as you would any other year, and I'll guarantee you that there will be record viewers watching this year when Brady gets his 4th ring and goes down as the greatest QB to ever strap on a helmet
