Cowboys in party bus with officials

Seems evident officials are periodically bought off.....though not often in playoff games. It's usually not this blatant, either. On the party bus? Seriously? lmao

Last playoff game with this egregious officiating was DEN/BAL two years ago.

That denver and Baltimore game was terrible

That denver and Baltimore game was terrible

Literally at least a 20 point swing off faux pick 6 where he was mugged, tuck ruled a fumble, non-catch by Boldin that hit the ground ruled complete, PRACTICE KICKS IN OVERTIME. That's not counting everything in between. According to the NFL the officials did well for it being a cold game. Apparently the cold validates lopsided officiating.

In spite of the jobbing, it still took a Moore miracle blunder to send it in to OT in the first place. What a joke of a game that was. Not that I think DEN would have beat NE with their two tight ends of doom. Denver wouldn't be able to cover Gronk+Hernandez.  DEN got jobbed of the right to at least try to beat NE, though.

The refs were told to let ray get his last ring no matter what happens to me but man this lions game felt like the same

On the 2nd to last one.  Funny the Lions being mad that someone stomped on one of their players after the whistle.

However I agree several of those pictures clearly show holding.

If this was true, the league would have rigged the boys winning their last regular season game each of the last 3 seasons to get them into the playoffs ... yesterday was hardly the first poorly officiated post-season game. Just ask Seattle when they played Pitt in the SB.

Ok this wouldn't bug me as much if the flag wasn't thrown in the first place.  How do you throw a flag, announce passing interference and then take it back?  Chris Carter says it was the right call. How? The dude was holding him the entire way, tugging his jersey, wasn't turned around or playing the ball?  Who cares if it was a bit underthrown?  Is that how defenders are taught to defend? Holding, putting hands on the offensive player and not being turned around or making a play on the ball and had his hands on him? I don't hardly think so.  It was an awful call that costed the Lions the game.  That would have been 1st and 10 from the 30 instead it was 4th and 1 from the 46!  I don't usually say the reffs cost teams a game because bad calls are made on both ends but this one was really bad!

Check the date on that article.  This is a 5 month old story.  It was my understanding that all Blandino did was get on the bus and say hello to Jerry Jones.  It was one of those things where the appearance was worse than any infraction.  Let's all relax with the conspiracy theories.

If that's all he did, then fine it's no big deal.

My first question is where has the NFL been when the Cowboys have managed to choke their way out of the playoffs for five years straight?

Bad officiating is one thing. Conspiracy theories are another.

mods too stupid to decipher what "in bed" meant. I'll help you dopes out:

It's an idiom that means: secretly helping someone and receiving help from them in return

Stop being such * when it comes to something as innocent as a thread title. Seriously...get a f____ life.

    • I have watched and followed Football since the 1976 season when I was basically 5 years old going on 6. I can't recall too many owners better than Mr. Irsay. I get it we had Peyton and Luck but his winning % says it all in his case. We went to a Championship Game with Harbaugh at QB so enough said and went 9-8 with Mustache!
    • I told everyone he was healthy a month ago, and I had 2 posters in here tell me I was full of it. I heard him say he was 100% on the McAfee show and he never felt stronger, that was a month ago. Get the Andrew Luck syndrome out of your brain to the people that think he is injury prone. Last year's injuries were a fluke, we will go 10-7 as long as he plays in 15 games, and we will either win the Division or make a 6th or 7th seed. You guys know how good I am at predicting, so I will let it be.
    • This is buy or sell weekend for me! Cubs have a 3-game set with the Brewers, if we don't take 2 of 3, I say sell. We have to prove we can play with these guys, and this is a pride thing IMO. I have had enough of this bull, and I would fire Counsell while I am at it. We are currently 10.5 games behind the Brewers and in last place in the NL Central = unacceptable. Only 4 games behind the Cards for the final WC Spot but if we look bad in this set, it's over.    I remember when @HOZERand at @PuntersArePeopleTootoo gave me grief when I was hesitant about the Counsell hire, now you guys know why. Brewers had loaded teams that should have won at least 1 WS and they choked every year in the Playoffs. In my honest opinion if something doesn't change this weekend, I would rather have Ross back.   This is far from an overreaction because half the season is over, and we are 38-44. With the roster we have, we should be at least 6 games above .500 (not below) with the proper management.
    • I hate the idea he’s playing basketball.  He comes down funny from a dunk and BAD things can happen.  Be smart.  Don’t do that.      The passing looks fine.  But I want to hear from AR how is the shoulder feeling?
    • I agree.   Speaking as someone who has worked in insurance, much of the time, whoever is 'disabled' is an office politics decision, not a medical assessment.     There's an old joke:   Patient: doctor, what is my diagnosis? Doctor: It depends what's covered by your insurance.
