Too much receiver depth. Can't start him over Moncrief and Griff. Griff mainly due to his special teams contribution in my eye, although he's a bit better than Rogers at running the routes properly and being where he is supposed to be. And it's obvious why he can't start over Moncrief as Moncrief is better.  Rogers will be in there at some point this season though.  We just have to be patient.
