Ballard is fine as the GM. Bradley leaves me scratching my head sometimes. -

these things are talked about before games more than during. In most games you don’t have the time to have a discussion so it’s talked about in advance and a decision is made then on what you’re going to do as a play caller in certain situations. -

Before Shane was hired I believe he was blocked from interviewing elsewhere for a lateral move. -

He’s a playmaker. Similar to Jones I would say. I was expecting this. He’s good that’s why two other teams put in a claim for him. -

Out of market so only caught some of game on Red Zone and highlights. The Colts beat a bad team BUT definitely better to win vs a bad team than lose. If the colts can at least split with Steelers and Titans that would put them at 2-3 and that's not too bad......especially considering a very inexperienced QB and questionable coaching on both sides of the ball. The most important thing is developing AR and hoping he is capable of being developed. From the extremely small sample so far he may not be. But It wouldn't hurt to put him in more situations to succeed and ride maybe the best runner in the nfl, JT. It took Manning his 2nd year to develop and the great Bert Jones didn't start winning until his third season.
