Did anybody find out what happens in this scenario??

Colts, Texans, & Jaguars all finish 11-6.

Colts > Texans via tiebreaker

Jaguars > Colts via tiebreaker

Texans > Jaguars via tiebreaker

All 3 teams have a 4-2 divisional record.

Would it come down to AFC Record? Or would Jags get it outright?

From what I understand jags would have tie breaker over both teams because of future schedule ect.

Good Luck. Knowing T.L he is going to show his courage to play hurt. There is no doubt that ankle was traumatized so some point it is going to really be stressed further. The key is Trevor's judgement. Myles Garrett is going to come after him and his mobility maybe reduced.

The Jaguars.

They have a 3-1 record against Colts and Texans.

Best the Colts and Texans can do when they play in week 18 is be 2-2. Whoever wins. So Jags have the 3 way tie breaker.

Not good if speed misses this game.

If it means Ronnie Harrison plays more, I'm okay with it. I think in the long run Harrison makes the defense better over speed, especially since Grover is back to help with the run. Harrison is our only LB that is good at pass defense.

I was thinking the same thing regarding Harrison.  He is just learning the position though so I’m also concerned he could make mistakes on coverage assignments.  If Speed is out he will play more no doubt.

It goes to conference win total first.

Conference record is #4 on the Division tie breaker.

Quote

Three or More Clubs

(Note: If two clubs remain tied after a third club or other clubs are eliminated during any step, the tiebreaker reverts to step 1 of the two-club format.)

1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs)

2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division

3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games

4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference

5. Strength of victory

6. Strength of schedule

7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed

8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed

9. Best net points in common games

10. Best net points in all games

11. Best net touchdowns in all games

12. Coin toss

I meant that conference record comes into play prior to the schedule that Chloe was referring too

Gothca, yeah that's #6.

Doesn't really matter here anymore though, as the 3-way tie for division is already settled on #1 tie breaker, if there happens to be a 3-way tie

Jaguars 3-1 against Colts and Texans

Texans and Colts are both 1-2 and can only get to 2-2, whoever wins. Which isn't enough to over take the Jaguars.

By the way, in contrast, Browning hit receivers at all levels, in the rhythm of the offense. He avoided unnecessary pressure, didn't hold the ball, didn't run into trouble, was accurate and on time, threatened the defense down the field, and was productive from start to finish. It's one game, he was decent last week, I have no idea what he'll do moving forward, and I'm not arguing that he is better than Minshew or anyone else. But he absolutely was better than Minshew this week.

Browning had a very good game. I was surprised by how well he played, as he showed nothing with the Vikings in his two plus years. In his last game, he was very calm for a guy making his first or second start. I am not sure if he will continue to play that well going forward.

Browning played better than Minshew but I did not think Minshew played as poorly as others thought. Plus when it counted, Minshew made the plays to win.

With Steelers it is. They are terrible

They are not good this year.   But the Steelers have been one of the top franchises for more than 50 years.   That’s what I’m talking about.  That’s not an accident.   Any team can be bad a year here or there.   But for 50+ years?    Greatness.
