Were really hurting at wr, QB is not the type who can elevate pedestrian talent on O at other positions, OL is looking very avg.... DL and LB are inconsistent, but flash a t times ... Secondary is young and beat up

Why is this team smelling a lot like the Pagano/Grigson era? Grigson was GM if the year and wasn’t Ariens coach of the year as well that first season or right there? Then the wheels come off the second season? Ugly looking team this season. And the coach/GM is being bullheaded in their choices at times (Vinny etc...)

He's done a good job. Injuries are killing them right now. The starting QB quit at a time they had little time to adjust.  But he has made some mistakes too, like sitting on all that cap money and not spending it on O and D depth. Firing the Oline coach after a highly successful season.  Too many people have overrated this roster.  This is a middle of the road team.
