Really? He can’t throw a football...yet he can pass a physical? Luck is on his way to recovery...but if he isn’t at the process to be throwing he isn’t healthy enough to pass a physical.

There is a difference in not being able to throw a football and not throwing a football.

He hasn't thrown a football,   it doesn't mean he can't.

I'd ask for their whole draft plus a first next year/ or Myles Garrett.

We missed that opportunity when we didn't take Clevelands offer in 2012.   I believe they offered us a Hershal Walker-like trade.

If the OP's scenerio was offered, I would at least consider it.

Ok ok...semantics...just saying the guy isn't healthy enough to be traded...I don't know why anyone would spend time going over trade scenarios. I'm sure he isn't cleared by our staff....I very positive he isn't cleared by his own doctors....why would Cleveland clear him for a trade if we don't even know he is going to be able to come back. If he is healthy I would not trade him...and if he isn't nobody would want him. It's a mute point is all.

Maybe we could trade for him in our traditional family reunion football game! Usually have 3 or 4 games a year topping off with the super bowl on thanksgiving day while we wait for the Turkey to cook!

I about laughed when on Good morning football on the NFL Network did a little draft trade acting, and the " Giants " called the colts and said for your 6th overall we will give you OBJ. and then the guy acted like ballard and said deal.  Ballard is not that dumb to give up that pick for a trouble maker. guy may be suspended after his recent pics that were released of him doing drugs with escorts lol.

Well...duh...because they're Cleveland.

The dude looked jacked in that photo from his book club site. He didn't get back to that by squeezing those stress balls from the drug store.

It's obvious now the colts aren't going to say squat after all the dumb media stuff last year. He'll be out there when camp starts.

One thing nobody considers is what would be considered a small setback after surgery in the real world is magnified in terms of an nfl player. Even if it was only a one month setback, in nfl terms that's 25% of an entire season. Not much in real life terms. He's gotta be good at this point, if not then it basically 'sucks'.
