Wrong. Harrison was supposed to snap it, Luck had to peek the clock to prevent the delay. OFC Harrison snaps the exact second Luck looks.

I don't think the snap came when it was meant to.

He lifted his leg, so it looked like he was looking for the snap.  He then suddenly took his eye off the ball at the worst possible time.  That's how it looked to me on the replay, at least.  I could be wrong
